Hello all, first post at all.
37 years old.
Training consistently since 6 years, 83 kg x 185 cm (Crossfit)
I did 1 month Sust 350 + 1 week at 500 (source PSL)
I got very high E2 hence yesterday I started with 1 mg AI (2/3 x week)
No sides at all (no gyno, no acne, no libido lack, no ED, just a little red cheecks after workout)
I will test again maybe in 2/3 weeks and at the end of PCT
below pre cycle blood and 1 month after results, glad to hear your comments

Without the ranges for bloods this is not very useful.
 
so if i 'm reading this right you did 5 weeks of sustanon? sustanon does not even reach peak levels in the body for 7-9 weeks.

it should be ran minimum 15-20 weeks and is more geared towards TRT. it was designed for TRT, not for short cycles.

the problem is not only it takes a long time to reach peak, but it will also take a long time to be out of your system. so you will run into pct issues cause you will likely run your pct to short.

A few question to start.
Please share your full blood work, do you have it? blur personal info.
Also share a picture of you face blurred.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

I'm doing 10/12 week cycle at 350 then 500 x week, I won't go longer.
I was just wondering if my value are normal or not during this cycle. Then 2 weeks stop then PCT

This is the blood I got, do you suggest getting other value tested?
I do crossfit so it's almost always cardio + olympic + strenght conditioning.
No supps added to the diet
PSL sustanon as gear
Typical day meals
240 white egga with oaks
2 pancakes with syrup

200 g pasta + cottage

200 g pasta + 200 g meat and veggies

Protein bar + greek yogurt
1 protein shacke

Meat/fish 300 g + protein shake

Got 4 kg in one month of sustanon, no water, same bf as before.

To me its working, just worried a bit about estrogens hence Im taking ari

That's not necessarily true. We don't know what labs he used in what country. Values could be different.
Also, he asked a question, we shouldn't have to spend time doing research to answer it.
 
Bros. I've had blood work where my estrogen was high and not felt side effects, but it doesn't mean there's no problems happening inside the body.
 
Estrogen can creep up on you.

If you don't feel like you're having issues, that doesn't mean much. Because by the time you do feel issues, it's too late.
 
Make sure you get all your information up, man. We need to see your pictures. We need to get a sense of where you're coming from.
 
I would wait at least 2 months to your end of your PCT to get blood work up.

You want to make sure your hormonal levels are back balanced.

That's me right after last week work out.
Lights don't help of course, anyhow 84 kg x 1.85 - 10/12-13 % body fat at the moment
