Knocked off work at 10am due to wind and crane couldn’t lift anymore so another double gym session for me today



Session 1



3 different ab work outs then 30 mins of treadmill at max incline



Session 2 chest and biceps didn’t log each work out today sorry lads will be back on top of it I’m just at a new gym that’s a lot more world class then were I was before so just getting my head around this there will have a photo update tomorrow but I got no idea how to pose or flex ahhaha

Do you work it? A buddy on the old Mick Hart forum (Big Gene) worked them and did some of the tall buildings in Vegas (like 20+ floors up then the crane too)
Nah I install massive shade sales but we need the crane for the steel work

The muffins is a English muffin with pork and bacon on it this is the macros but yea agree you won’t see cookies in my log anymore
