Training - 3 day rotate
Day 1 Arms / shoulders
Day 2 chest / back
Day 3 legs / core
Day 4 Rest
Cycle
1-4 weeks 300mg of test e week pin 2x
5-10 weeks 500mg of test e week pin 2x
Supplements,
5g of creatine per day
Fish oil
Liver and organ defender ( rich piana )
TUDCA ( LVLUP )
( Looking for another supplement that can be purchased over the counter for estrogen control if needed )
