Happy new years all.
Started my first cycle Monday 30th of January with 0.5 mL of prop 100 dosed Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start with. Starting with a couple of vials from nexnos pharma but switching over to prop from @DofRandD once it runs out. Looking to increase the dose as the weeks progress and aiming for around 20 weeks. Goal is to gain size and hoping for some amount of recomp.
Stats:
184 cm
110 kg
Age: 28
Food/macros:
1 kg k-roo kangaroo mince cooked with 2 tsps of olive oil spread into 4 or 5 meals with 1.5 cups (dry) jasmine rice. This alongside a shake or two throughout the day mixed with blueberries.
Macros come out to be 252 protein, 244 carbs and 30 fats and around 2200 calories. Going to try and bump this up another 200-400 calories next week.
Training:
Following the 6x a week push pull legs program from Jeff Nippard. Will add reps and weight for each workout from week 2 onwards.
Aiming to hit 8000-10000 steps daily as light cardio. But contemplating adding in some more intense conditioning work i.e year of the engine assault bike workouts.
Any advice on how to progress during the cycle is much appreciated
