Approved Log First cycle: Testosterone Propionate only log

Happy new years all.

Started my first cycle Monday 30th of January with 0.5 mL of prop 100 dosed Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start with. Starting with a couple of vials from nexnos pharma but switching over to prop from @DofRandD once it runs out. Looking to increase the dose as the weeks progress and aiming for around 20 weeks. Goal is to gain size and hoping for some amount of recomp.

Stats:

184 cm
110 kg
Age: 28

Food/macros:

1 kg k-roo kangaroo mince cooked with 2 tsps of olive oil spread into 4 or 5 meals with 1.5 cups (dry) jasmine rice. This alongside a shake or two throughout the day mixed with blueberries.

Macros come out to be 252 protein, 244 carbs and 30 fats and around 2200 calories. Going to try and bump this up another 200-400 calories next week.

Training:

Following the 6x a week push pull legs program from Jeff Nippard. Will add reps and weight for each workout from week 2 onwards.

Aiming to hit 8000-10000 steps daily as light cardio. But contemplating adding in some more intense conditioning work i.e year of the engine assault bike workouts.

Any advice on how to progress during the cycle is much appreciated

Cycle duration of 20 weeks on Test Propionate is quite long. It might be worth switching to Test E or Test C after 8-10 weeks for fewer injections and better stability overall.

I reckon your calories at 2200 are too low for bulking. Aim to bump them up to around 2500-2700 for lean gains. Do you know what your current body fat % would be? Fats are also too low at 30g per day… try increasing to 50-60g with some healthy fat sources like eggs, avocado, olive oil, etc. Also, don’t forget to add veggies and mix up your protein sources a bit for better micronutrient balance.

The PPL program should be fine to follow, but keep an eye on recovery with 6 days per week. You might want to consider deloading every 4-6 weeks to stay on top of fatigue. For cardio, keep up your daily steps and maybe add 2 or 3 short 10-20 minute conditioning sessions if you need/ want. Something low impact like the assault bike works well.

You’re currently on TRT level doses at 150mg/week. Gradually increase the Test dose and aim for around 400-500mg/week by week 4 or so. There’s no real need to push it higher than that. Keep an eye on E2 (oestrogen) levels too- watch for signs like water retention, mood swings, or sensitive nipples. Make sure you’ve got Arimidex (0.5 mg every 3 days) or Aromasin (12.5 mg every 2-3 days) on hand just in case and only use it if you notice symptoms.

PCT prep is important, so have everything you need ready to go early on (never know if something might come up that means you need to finish up early). You can read up here for PCt advice.

Supplements like NAC, Omega-3s, and a good multivitamin should already be part of your routine. You might also want to consider adding Citrus Bergamot to help with lipid support and overall health during the cycle.

Something I was wondering about, say when you plot the schedule on steroidplotter for a 3 dose a week cycle of prop and you see the big peaks and valleys. Is that something to be concerned about? Is it better to just go every other day or every day to keep the levels stable or does it not really matter that much?

Yes, just to start off with.
@apolloau welcome fully to the EVO family bro nice start

Cycle
150mgs test prop/week is not much I would bump to 200mgs but before we do that lets see a few things.

Please share picture of you face blurred so we can start understanding your base.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good

hard to tell body fat when you have a shirt on since men store excess fat in our stomachs.

You’re not missing much. I had it once and it was disgusting 🤢
My fave, by Keize (I think) was a pork and croc burger. Kinda sweet

Bros. This will be a fun log to follow.
28 years old. You are still young. Take advantage of your youth.

Kangaroo. Wow, that's crazy. That you eat that?

Never heard of anyone in America who eats it, but I know some people keep them as pets.

For sure get a pic with the rig out so we can get an idea on bodyfat.

I think you might be okay with low cals for now and lean out a bit. Once you start losing energy bump the food intake up, but if your feeling good on 2200 cals stay there while you can make the most of leaning out

Make sure you've got aromosin ready on hand for when you bump the test up incase of high e2

Also roo meat is gamey as hahaha season the fuck out of that bitch
