If you want low intensity cardio, there's things like Pilates as well that you can do. Also things like hot yoga.

No Need at your age to be running 20 weeks Cycles.

It's going to be harder to recover after you come off, which is counterproductive.
 
From what I can see in your picture, you have a good physique.
But as others have said, there's better picture of the sink than there is a view.

Looking forward to following your log. No real need to keep adjusting dose up. Just pick a dose and stick with it. Esters do that work for you. Even with running a short ester. 20 weeks is also very long. I would keep it to 12 max. That will allow you to come off, PCT, take time off, and run another cycle down the road. I recommend 1-2 cycles per year.
 
Raised the week 2 dose to 200 mg (split Monday, Wednesday and Friday). The day following the first shot began to notice sensitivity on the left side of my chest. I think I may have had a small amount of pre-existing gyno and this dose triggered it. Have ordered armidex, is there anything else to do in the mean time or in conjunction?

From the feedback here, planning to just jump to 350 mg a week but pin daily to try and offset some of the e2 effects in addition to the ai once it arrives.

@apolloau the gyno situation can be very subjective, can you post your gyno pics?
You dont have any Ai on hand or tamoxifen now?

Can get some photos, its not visible from my pov now but I can feel lumps on the left side that are not present on the right and that is the side where the sensitivity is occurring. I might just be paranoid about the situation.

Update

Food:

Same as above.

Training:

Switched to 5 day push pull legs upper lower from the 6 day push pull legs.

Doing 20-30 minutes conditioning sessions five times a week still. Averaging 8000-10000 steps most days.

Cycle:

From last update titrated up from 250 mg test prop until I felt abit of gyno sensitivity about 350 mg. At that point I ordered arimidex but the shipping took forever and I had masteron on hand, so I just added that in and the sensitivity resolved and I kept titrating up till 560 mg test prop and 560 mg masteron and held it there till now.
