First Cycle Thoughts and Suggestions

Hello,
This is my first cycle and first post. I have done a lot of research and forum surfing and I feel like I know what I'm doing but I would like to double-check everything. I am starting an 8-week cycle on the 16th of this month. I am getting baseline blood work done on the 11th to check Testosterone, Estradiol, and Prolactin levels. I will also have week 6 blood work done to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Basic info
21 year old male
5'10"
152lb
unknown BFI (~10%?)

Diet
for the past 3 weeks in prep if hiked my intake. This is what I plan to hold for the duration of my cycle.
3200 calories
165g protein
400g carbs
~90g fat (some days it's like 60g)
I have been consistent in the gym for 3 years and I go about 5x a week. Recently I have been going every day in addition to 45 minutes of cardio outside(walking or jogging). I plan to continue going every day throughout the cycle as well as through PCT

Cycle Stack
Tren A - 200mg/week (60mg EOD)
Test E - 400mg/week (120mg EOD)
(Pinned together)
Arimidex - .5mg E7D
I was originally going to supplement Caber too. Instead, I'll have it on standby for .25mg E3D if I need prolactin support.

PCT
(This is where I need the most help)
The first 2 weeks after the last pin
HCG 1000 IU EOD
Arimidex - .5mg E7D

The following 5 weeks
Clomid - 50/50/25/25/12.5 (ED)
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10 (ED)
Aromasin - 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25 (EOD) (only 4 weeks)

I think this is a pretty good cycle, please let me know if you have any critiques or suggestions. Also, a question to go along with this. Should I run the 5-week PCT or should I cut a week off of the 3 supplements?
 
Firstly, you are too young bro, the negatives simply outweigh the positives. Definitely get that blood work done, perhaps it will also help to clarify for you that blasting isn’t necessary yet.

Also, bad first cycle, for first cycle Test only.

As far as PCT, there is a sticky about that on the forum that covers what you need to know.

There are also quite a few PED options that don’t have these risks and you could use them safely at your age until is a wiser time to blast steroids.

Your too young and way to light to be running steroids.
Get your weight up about 40 lbs and wait until your at least 25. Your a young man.

I fully understand that age is a huge factor in all of this but that's why I stuck to a lower dose of Tren and plan to only run this cycle. I also fully understand the height of this decision. I already have my stack on hand and fully intend to run it. I'm mostly asking for changes in dieting, dosing, etc. to make sure I do this in the safest way.

Bro we of course will support you through whatever you choose. But would be irresponsible of us not to tell you that you’re too young. The consequences of this cycle could be that you end up on TRT for life, it happens.

I would like look at the way your training and eating first. I think both of these 2 things are not where they should be. Lot of natural gains to be made in changing training and diet. Please log this. Peds won't do much if diet and training ain't optimal.

Currently, I am working out every day. I mainly shoot for hypertrophy training, 60% weight for as many reps as physically possible. 1 day push, 1 day legs, 1 day pull, 1 day abs and legs, repeat. I have been shooting for 3.2k calories with 165g of protein, 400g of carbs, and 90g of fat. Most days my fat never reaches that much though. I eat as clean as I possibly can. I usually start with a half gallon of chocolate 1% milk(yes Ik I can consume something cleaner with less calcium but it's hard to beat 1360 calories, 232g carbs, 20g fat, and 64g protein...) then for lunch its usually some variation of chicken or tuna, sometimes lean beef, with a preferable non processed carb. Then I eat something very similar to lunch for dinner making sure to pick foods that fill in the blanks on my macros. If I missed anything I will cap off before bed. I also consume around 128oz of water a day.
 
So I compared my PCT to the sticky and I have the time frame and dosage spot on. I do have a few questions though. I have HCG at 1000IU EOD for 2 weeks with Arimidex at .5mg E7D. Should I run the HCG for the whole 7 weeks or is the first 2 okay? Don't I need an AI with the HCG, the sticky doesn't mention it but I have seen a lot of threads insisting on the use of an AI with HCG. How important are Ostarine and Cardarine?

that pct is awful man lol

hcg + an AI .. essentially what you're doing is boosting your estrogen while also disabling your estrogen, and you are also signaling leydig cells while also suppressing pituitary glands. makes no sense and scratch that entire idea. whoever recommended that pct is clueless

@MitchM welcome to the evolutionary.org family and while age is a factor and I DO NOT think you should be using steroids at your age, based on reading your post you staring a cycle on 16th, well there is no choice but to help you otherwise you'll do it blind

now can you hold off your cycle for 1 month? while we talk about your diet and training and plan it more
for example I'd like to see your LOG journal with your diet training cardio sleep supplements in way more detail in a NEW thread

start a new thread so we can guide you right way

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

You have done very little research if you think this is a good first cycle for any age.
Your body is far from done developing. Why would you want to risk your development? Why do you think this is a good idea?

bros you are 21 years old
you have the freedom to buy a gun and buy alcohol
and it's your body but if you're going to do it then do it right with a log Journal

don't use steroids YET
But do a log Journal where you log your training and diet and let's fix that first and then you can use steroids later

I'm indifferent when it comes to steroid use at your age
people will tell you not to do it yet they'll also say that they use steroids when they were too young anyway

you should log your diet and training and if you decide to use steroids then at least do it the right way
a long Journal is going to be crucial so we can correct mistakes

we are already seeing a lot of Errors between your cycle and post cycle
so it's important to do a log Journal so that you don't repeat the same mistakes and screw things up
