First time logging, a big thankyou to @Sydneycitysupplements for the sponsor.
I’ll be running 125mg test e twice a week and 1mg Reta once a week. Will be getting bloods in 6-8weeks. Also got EQ to try once I feel ready.
Age - 34
Height - 175cm
Weight - 89kg
Body fat percentage - mid 20’s
Goal is to drop that fat % into the teens.
History been on 250mg a week test for at least 3 years now as I now have 3 kids haven’t had the time to blast or log.
My main exercise is calisthenics and cardio 4x a week. Now about to start weights again after that long. I will be logging my missus reaction and weight loss on Reta aswell. ( currently not game to ask her weight but will find out )
Also need to also drop the weight as 2 bulging discs in my back can give me hell. I see a chiropractor once a month to help aswell.
My diet is not really set or balanced, when I’m home breakfast is scrambled eggs on a slice of toast, when I’m not home it’s an energy drink, trying to give up them. Lunch can range from two rolls of sushi to a chicken and salad wrap, dinner is always a protein and vegetables whether it’s steak or lamb and greens, chicken stirfry with rice, roast pork or lamb and roast vegetables. I love my hot foods but acid reflux says otherwise sometimes

I do take NAC every now and then but not sure if it’s the gel caps but my stomach hates them.
