Lunch today more children with fried rice mix. Couldn’t even finish it.

My test and eq at 400 and 200 is feeling nice! Gettin bloods in 2 weeks.

Update on the knee after talking with some lads about the BCP and TB they advised that stuff is like having a oil change for your joints 🤣 so as of yesterday I’ll be doing 1mg first 3 days then split dose .5mg morning and night till the pen is finished 💪

Massage and giving the BCP and TB a go. Still a lump there but don’t feel any pain or strain using it now.

Jumped on the scales yesterday and down another 2 kg the wife is down another 1kg.

Row machine - 8mins
Push ups 10 - 3 reps
Push up triangle/ hands close 10 - 3 reps
Plank 1min - 3 reps
Leg raisers 20 - 5 reps
2km walk to cool off
Good training day with cardio :D

Today-

2km walk
More planks 1min - 3 sets
Lunges 15 with 10kg - 3 sets
7-7-7 dumbbell curls 10kg - 3 sets
Ez bar close grip curls 10kg - 3 sets

And if I’m lucky - one of Sydney city supps cock boom and 2 mins max of extra cardio once the kids are asleep 🤣
Clean rest day :D
