Stuffed up yesterday - normal morning sugar free energy drink till about 10am then realised I was out of the normal rice and tinned fish I cheated and got a quarter pounder meal 😓
Then rump steak and salad for dinner to try feel better about myself lol.

Workout went as below

8mins on the row machine
Push ups 20 x 3sets
Mountain climbers 20x 3sets
Plank 1min x 3
Dips on edge of bench 15x 3 seta
sit ups 20 x 3sets
Then 3km walk/jog

Update on the missus and Reta,
I’ve split her dose to 1/1.25 twice a week. She is currently 64/65kg. She also now is complaining shes loosing the size of her tits but I just think it’s a hit for fake ones 🙄
@Titties those quarter pounders are good as long as you don’t make it a habit

1/4 roast chicken cut with cup and half of rice and cup of broccoli. Will be adding a boiled egg mixed into at lunch times.

I’m giving not drink energy drinks another go 😅 and have got diet rite cordial and coffee, hoping with the two I can kick the habit

Sorry haven’t updated log this week, what a shit one. My mate under going chemo had a bad reaction resulting in being administered to hospital, so been in and out helpin. Then to top it my old man has now been told he has two leaky valves in his heart and an enlarged aorta. So been seeing him aswell then kids on top! Crazy how life can go zero to shit in a couple of days. Will be back at it this week 💪

Monday afternoon consisted of the below.

Side planks - 10x3
Normal planks - 1min x 3
Crunches - 20 x 3
Lunges - 15 x 3 with 10kg weights
Push ups - 20 x 3
Dips 20x 3
1km walk cool down
Very natural training, how is your food?
 
Still rice and chicken or rice and salmon for lunch and a protein and salad or veg (between corn carrots and greens normally) for dinners.
If you can put up some picture updates of food please for the EVO family :D
 
Apologies I’ve been super slack with getting back to update life atm is still hectic.
Update: my dads got a heart specialist appointment next week to discuss operation to repair valves in heart and also I clocks over 70 this month.
My mate with cancer that had a ad reaction with chemo has decided to stop chemo and go with a controversial path with the dewormer medication, thc and cbd oil and a heap of other natural medicines.

Update on myself
Getting sick of rice and chicken or fish, so im compiling a heap of omelette/ quiche meals. Weight is still at 83kg
Only been doing 2km run on training days due to weather/kids/work or my mate.
