First hand experience with Creatine hcl???

Only just found out about this stuff. I ordered some. The dosage required per day is much less, apparently. Massive difference in bioavailability and efficiency it seems... So I'm wondering what ppls thoughts are about this and first hand experience with it? Harder on liver etc.. normally I'd take my creatine in water before a workout and sometimes after aswell.. let me know what you guys 🤔

@Andrewgenic I use HLC on and off, and have tested cardazol and ostazol which have creatine HCL multiple times. I found HCL to have less bloat than monohydrate. @AE1079 @Pigsy what do you think?
 
its actually good to mix it with mono.

I always used HCL creatine and find it easy to digest no stomach issues
 
@ExodusLabs I can already feel the npp and test already as I'm waking up all woody and gym sessions becoming more than enjoyable.Good signs considering I'm roughly ten days in.

Standing alternate bicep curls on cable machine-reps are done on each arm separately- contionus no resting

Machine reverse fly

Seated rows on weighted machine. Weight is per side. Towards failure I will go to alternating to get more reps.


30kg x 20 reps failure

One more set of the same to max failure with forced reps

30kg x 26. Very happy with today. Finish time 4:34
 
If you take too much creatine, you can upset your stomach.
I've done it before when I've taken mono.
 
HCL Is supposed to be easier on the stomach, according to many who have tried it.

But you should log it and tell us for yourself.
 
Good to see that. You are asking a question like this. I think it's an excellent question for me. Creatine is creatine.
 
i've used mono mixed with HCL. it was a product n2bm sold called ancient strength and it worked great.
 
Honestly, I think creatine is a bit of a waste.

It's already in a lot of the foods we eat. Anyway,
