Quick update for today:
haven’t been counting counting cals but meals have been:
2 x chicken thigh 1 x cup of veggies
Chicken Alfredo with protein pasta (90+ protein meal becoming a go to meal to make as I love it
)
1 x chicken meatballs with 1 x cup of brown rice
Adventures from work today are below.
Was absolutely hammered when I got home at 4pm and fell asleep from 5pm to 7:22pm. So missed going to the gym and a yoga class but the rest was very much needed.
Should be back into the groove of training with work hopefully by the end of the week just ironing out whether I wake up earlier and go before work or stick with going after. Not to sure what will suit me going forward yet
Also, this photo was from Christmas Eve when I was looking particularly jooocey in my opinion prior to all the setbacks with the spider bite hahaha
