1.3kg off pre Christmas snack fest. Putting in the work 🫡

Ideally work my way down to 88 then reassess and push again for 85. Should be absolutely peeled when I achieve 85kg.

Good-ish sleep last night but had a late on as I went out with a buddy from uni.

Went for a big walk this morning before food intake so a little fasted cardio like the big man @Allupfromhere.

Hit legs just before and I’ve come just short of vomiting afterwards lol 😂

Hit 110kg for 7 after the working sets of 90kg.

Happy with the progress even while in a deficit. Putting up good numbers.

Squats
Warm up 20 x 40kg
3 sets @ 90kg
PR: 110kg x 7

Leg press
4 x 180kg

Lunges
4 sets x 20m lunges (walking up and back)

3 x leg extensions
54kg

3 x hamstring curls
64kg

Will follow up with another walk this afternoon and push over 15k + steps for the Sunday.

leg press is perfect 180kgs is HUGE @Mobster would be proud :D and so is the whole EVO family

Late one tonight to blow off some steam

Hit chest and tris and a little cheeky biceps for added pump 😈 good session and week overall

Currently on TRT using @ODINLABS test E.

Dosage schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Weekly dose: 175mg

Currently taking adex x2 a week to bring down high E2 numbers also from cycle. Hoping this may help with the water retention issue that is still present.

Overall good session and pump and avoiding the laziness urge to go to McDonald’s after - can’t chest myself like that 😭 even though I wanted to 😂
