Hectic week at work in the lead up to moving

Sorry guys 🫠 haven’t been very active with my own stuff.

Fasted weigh in this morning: 90.6kg so I’m down another kilo and nearly back at pre Christmas feast weigh in weight.

I did however get a great sleep last night.

Average hours the last week have been 5-6 hours so definitely not great.

Gym wise not terrible but not great either.

Hit shoulders yesterday but I’ve been feeling pretty flat and lethargic lately. Not entirely sure why.

About to eat a feast, take a long walk and hit the gym I’ll update again later tonight.

Gym wise not terrible but not great either.

90 is a good weight. :D want to see you increase protein lets recomp a bit.

Starting to lose track of cals in and out 😂 work has been a little all over the place in the lead up to me moving states.

Food & water intake still good but not great. Water is usually 3-4L a day food is good but isn’t super strict as I’m still losing weight.

Fasted weigh in this morning: 89.95kg

This is the lightest I’ve been since pre Christmas. Feeling really happy about it, I look great I’m not hating the diet but it could be stricter but it isn’t killing me im still enjoying the process.

Sleep wise: averaging about 6 hours roughly. Have started going to bed an hour earlier though which has been helping massively.

This is the sleep I got last night. Really need to somehow increase my deep sleep.

Big steps this week I’ve been at work most days by 5:30am 🤣 it’s killing me but I love the work so I don’t mind. It’s a shame I won’t get to see my project completed but moving to another job in a different state next week so can’t complain too much

Is something interrupting you during the night like do you sleep with someone else or a pet or are there noises perhaps?

Nah not really, wife is in another room and has been for 6 ish weeks. Apparently I’ve been snoring like a freight train 🫤 not sure what the issue is I’ve never been a snorer before

Cat hates me and is always attached to my wife’s hip 😂

As for noises, I could sleep through anything 😂 for example, I slept through the mini earthquake Melbourne (few years ago) had and didn’t even notice the house shake for 40ish seconds 💀
 
sounds like the added mass is making harder to breathe at night.
might want to look into a CPAP machine.
 
my ex used to snore a lot when he was on tren.

between his verbal and physical abuse and his snoring it led to our breakup.
 
i read that adelaide has a lot of exotic looking birds.
not sure if that is true.
