between his verbal and physical abuse and his snoring it led to our breakup.

Caffeine yes but only in the mornings and nothing ever after 12pm.

Thanks dude! Yeah the adjustment to a busy schedule has been hard. Night shift hours were a blessing is disguise I’d forgotten how hectic day shift can be
