Sleep and steps were both good - food not so much. Ate a pizza as our last chest meal in the house before we move for the foreseeable future.

Chicken Alfredo with protein pastalove this protein packed meal the most out of everything I usually cook up.
Second meal is spaghetti 300g mince with veggies and protein pasta. No photo of this one wife made it and I fell asleep on the lounge

Been hitting the gym tho which is good sleep and exercise has been good.
Food & water intake still good but not great. Water is usually 3-4L a day food is good but isn’t super strict as I’m still losing weight.
Fasted weigh in this morning: 89.95kg
This is the lightest I’ve been since pre Christmas. Feeling really happy about it, I look great I’m not hating the diet but it could be stricter but it isn’t killing me im still enjoying the process.
Sleep wise: averaging about 6 hours roughly. Have started going to bed an hour earlier though which has been helping massively.
This is the sleep I got last night. Really need to somehow increase my deep sleep.

Big steps this week I’ve been at work most days by 5:30amit’s killing me but I love the work so I don’t mind. It’s a shame I won’t get to see my project completed but moving to another job in a different state next week so can’t complain too much

Seated cable row (upper back dominate grip) 3 x 3 @ 60kg with DD @ 45kg
Lat pull-down 3 x 3 @ 60kg
Bicep cable curls 3 x failure @ 12.5kgs
Machine bicep curls 3 x failure @ 10kg
Reverse bicep curls 4 x failure @ 12.5kg
Good sesh to get back into the swing of things will reassess after doms kick in and adjust weights accordingly
Still pump TRT dosages with @ODINLABS and looking to do a mini blast and then cycle off while I’m in Europe come May.
Food wise: tracking well. Prepped for the week added extra carbs and protein across the board
