Cardio 3 x 20 mins 140BPM+

Training remains the same and focus on getting the knee 100% to bring back full quad days (not far off this now)

Hey bro 20iu Lantus per day to keep BG in and help with the 700g carbs
Pre and post workout rapid insulin to help again with big bolus’s of carbs around training, IGF-1 pathways etc 125g CHO pre and 175g CHO post workout

@Juiceypumba the big question is if you need 700 grams carbs bro ;) 400-500 and you still good and can modulate the insulin

Good point but I sat at 500g carbs for my health phase of 8 weeks and no body weight increase so would presume it wasn’t much of any of a surplus
