Today was meant to be quads and some glutes took the time to keep stretching and working on movement through my knee as still an issue so no quad training for now waiting on some BPC and TB to see if we can speed the process up all apart of journey though hey!!! 💪🏽

Ladies and gents another boring day tried to push the leg training a bit too see what is really aggravating the knee still can’t, so more stretching and ab work today followed by 20 mins on the bike and 20 mins in the sauna

LITE RDL’s
100kg x 10 x 2

Stretching
Lizard pose
Child’s pose
Split stretch
Hamstring stretch lying with one leg up a wall
Wall ball squats (these were even hard)

Deload commenced as of today so will be hitting these stretches/mobility work everyday instead of training plus cardio still
