30 degree incline press

Pec fly

Flat converging machine press

Tricep pushdown

Cross body tricep extension

Over SA tricep extension cable

4 sets of failure for ab cable crunches

I would get some TB500 in the mix, Kaos was just out of stock and trying to get a referral for a scan on my knee to see what the actual problem is before throwing the kitchen sink at it
Tb500 would be the best with bpc.

gotta be careful with those knees. its one of the worst joints we have. maybe the worst along with elbows and hips to watch for

@Juiceypumba Very nice mix on the training. That's okay, man. If you have to remove certain exercises, that's what smart people do. You don't want to get yourself injured.
