Shoulder update:
It's been a week of taking it easy, priming it, stretching it, and just moving it. Was pretty much able to still go workout with it. I reloaded where I felt like it could use it on certain exercises. This was the training day that I hurt it on. I was able to bench today. I should have lifted 210lbs today. I warmed up progressing through the weight up to what I normally would lift. My warm up sets with 185 felt good but didn't think 210lbs would be a good idea today. I did 5x5 at 195 lbs instead. It went well. My incline bench increased in weight as normal and felt strong. Last week I don't think I did my dips. I did them today and they felt great got 5 reps past 12 on my AMRAPS on the last set. I think next week it should be good to go again. It doesnt hurt anymore. Just glad I didn't mess up any of the anchors in there.
