Correct, 12-12 is fine.I train at 6 am and take my first dose before then. I assume second dose 12-1 daily then?
@kcates the training overall is good but on bench 5x5 is too much better go slower less weight and more reps. You're not looking for big weights, you're looking for volume and less pressure on shoulders long term. We can up the weights in the future.Thursday:

1/2 bowl of oatmeal
50 grams protein shake
Dinner:
Fajitas: 3 tortillas, 6 ounces of grilled peppers, 2 ounces of rice, 1 cup of cheese 1 pound of fajita beef.
That is how my powerlifting program is layed out for my T1 exercises which are my heavy lifts for the week. If I need to cut anything back it would be T3 or Wednesday or Saturday exercises. Food, the dinner meal, this is family meal? is it possible to eat all of the above but no rice and replace the tortillas with low carb ones?
Yeah it was a family meal. I am not cutting right now I am in a bulk staying close to maintenance. Its not a problem if you have carbs, the issue is you eating them late in the day. If possible at least cut the rice late meal and switch it to your lunch.Yeah it was a family meal. I don't really have much of a lunch just 2 meals and protein shake. I feel better working out early morning if I have carbs the night before. If I only eat meat and veggies I don't feel as good energy wise for my workout. Some days like last night I just ate my pound of fish and was done. Today I am dragging a little in the gym but pumps today on chest are feeling good looking sweet!Its not a problem if you have carbs, the issue is you eating them late in the day. I am truly spoiled and appreciative at this gym. They have so much specialty equipment for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman.i have a similar one at my gym bro but this one is way better i see quality @kcates

Are u getting enuff protein in just 3 meals a day I guess pound of fish. I found that eating a pre workout meal helped tremendously. Didn’t like the fasting workouts. Even the shake and a banana. You’ll burn through it. But it gets you through workout. Esp with a heavy squat or deadlift day. We don’t go in super early though. I run 100 grams of protein after workout meal. Then I shoot for another 100 grams of protein at dinner. The fish was a little short but had the protein shake. I am usually getting 200-250 grams a protein a day. Do you think I need more protein in a day? I like to workout fasted and never had an issue until last week only thing different is I am on my 4th week of Anavar. During the first weeks of anavar I was sick with the flu and wasn't hungry and was struggling to eat. I think maybe that kicking in and being well I am getting more hungry. This morning I was fine and not hungry through my workout. I don't know. Even after a heavy squat day I was hungry but could only eat 6 eggs and a protein shake. I am about to eat 9.7 ounces of pork and then probably a 1 lb of chicken thighs for dinner. I am excited because I am meal prepping rice tonight so there will be fresh rice with dinner. You're getting plenty it sounds like. Hard to eat that much all at once. I had terrible diff time doing OMAD fasting that’s a lot of protein I. One meal. You’re a big dude though. If you are feeling ok working out fasted I guess go for it. Many people do. I just was finding lack of energy and aches pains felt my strength was really lacking doing a fasted workouts. Was wondering if the late bigger meal could be made up by taking those calories in morning with pre workout. That’s all. It’s said we should not eat high carbs later in eve. But I work 12hour shifts 7-7:30. I do eat late meals like 8:30 pm go to bed 10pm then back up for work early works ok for me. I too like to have decent fuel intake day ahead of big workouts like deadlifts or squats! Keep up the good work!
