Actually, we traveled up to Georgia yesterday where my family lives to visit my family and go to my nieces daughters birthday. Then me, my son, and brother worked out chest and tris this morning together. How about you, what do u have planned for the weekend?Do you have any special plans for the weekend or are you going to take it easy?
Yeah me too.Yeah, brussels sprouts. Ain't that bad.
I didn't like them as a kid but I like them a more as an adult.
Yeah, Wednesday is suppose to be a day off but I go do way to much accessory work. Weekends are suppose to be off as well but I do the same thing. I need to clean it up but not sure how.The workout seems all over the place
Ok, I thought I was doing the cardio for heart health like for my blood pressure and strengthening of the heart. I was under the impression getting my heart rate up was better like in the 130's during my exercise for a longer period of time compared to when I am lifting and only getting heart rate up for short period of time. Fat burning is not my goal at the moment since I am eating in a surplus for strength gains. I think I am going to cut after my 50th birthday in August when I reach my powerlifting goal I set to reach before I reach 50. I just have my powerlifting goal for now. Then I take a week to deload break and set my new goal for the next year. Thinking about doing a symmetry/isolation work for a few months while I cut. I am thinking I will cut down to somewhere between 200-225. Other then that I haven't planned much for after I reach my other goal first.if you go too fast you'll go out of fat burning mode bro but 5 incline is fine and stay on 3 speed dont go up bro
Here is a pic I think I forgot to add to post.Make sure you get some food pictures up for us.
Don't just post what you're eating. We want to see it.

Friday
Here is a pic I think I forgot to add to post.
You're doing cardio for heart and fat loss, but you dont want to overtax the system. @kcates so 3 incline 3 speed is just fine.Friday:
Training:
Walking waiter bows 1x20
Rifle flips 2x5
Body weight Windmills 2x5
Deadlifts: 3x5 355lbs couldn't get it to budge off the floor last Friday. I didn't complete any of my heavy progressive overload 5x5 lifts last week. Because of that I deload to 3x5 and do last week's weight again. I got all my weights this week. Next week I will start adding weight again doing 3x5 until they fail. Then drop to 3x3. Also my T2 exercise drop from 4x8 to 4x6 even though I still have been moving those weights progressively.
Overhead Press 4x6 90lbs
Seated Lever Row 4x6 180lbs
Chinups 3x12 assisted weight -75lbs this is the lowest I have been on assistance.
Ez curl barbell curls 65lbs.
