My goal is gain as much strength as possible and put up as much weight on my totals for my peak the week of August 4th I am going to test my totals. Looking to beat 1000lbs total on 5 rep Max's. Right now I am sitting around 930 total. I have some work to do still to get there.
 
Wednesday:

Training:

Side raises 3x25 5lbs
Rear delt fly machine 3x25 30lbs
single arm supported lateral raises 3x15 20lbs
Reverse Crunch 4x15 BW
decline situps 4x15 BW
did some hip mobility

Diet:

Daily supplements and meds

Meal after trianing:

1 lb of pork shoulder didnt have any eggs

50 gram protein shake with peanut butter and milk

Dinner: 1 lb of chicken thigh meat

Shoulder dislocates with the band x 10
scapular circles with the band x10 each arm
seated cable row 1x20 80lbs
Hip bridges 1x20 BW
Bench Press 3x3 215lbs

Incline Iso Lateral Arsenal bench 4x4 160lbs
Pec Fly Machine 3x12 165lbs
Standing Bench Press 3x12 150 lbs
