6 weeks out is a good plan.

That will pitch your birthday, perfect.
Actually next week I will raise my bench by 5 lbs and my squat and deadlift by 10 lbs for 3x3. I am going to incorporate more rest and scale back my Wednesday and Sat work. I may cut back some of other days as well. Focus just on the bench ,OP, deadlift and squat. Then I have a 11 week program that will Run up to Aug 4th. Then that week I will retest my lifts. I think I am going to incorporate more veggies for more carbs. I been slacking on my veggies lately. Then make sure I get my treadmill work in. I have my programs planned out I just going to have a few week gap between what I am doing now and my 11 week peak powerlifting program. I also plan to take a week of 50% deload week then go back to 85 of where I failed increase from there. I think I am doing to much in the gym exercise wise need to cut out probably 2 exercise on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday. I think that will help me recover better. Last block I did that and I feel like I recovered better then vs now. We will see how it goes next week with the adjustment. I just keep going over it in my head. I tell u what this training is like another full time job. I am so glad my family is supportive.

back when i was powerlifting some of the strongest MOFO's who were older vets similar to roidrage and mobster types gave me simple advice which is:

always build consistency at a lower weight then proceed.
What would this kind of programming look like or do you have a site or a book I can learn from to point me to? I love to learn. I am still very new at all this and these days there is so much knowledge out there it's kind of overwhelming.

Right now I am 6 weeks out until I start my program that will take me to my birthday goal. After my birthday in August I am going to cut and work to get down 40 lbs.
Why wait for the birthday to cut? you can slowly cut down some things now like extra junk and add a bit of cardio fasted.

I am already working on that stuff. As soon as my foot is healed I will get back on the treadmill daily. I am pretty much just eating meat and my protein shakes and eggs. In my head a cut is to cut calories below maintenance. If I am below maintenance I won't build muscle is what I thought. Tomorrow is my last dose of Var also. What do I cut out? I hadn't had much rice this week because I ran out and hadn't prepped any until last night.

Shoulder update: If you been reading my log you know i had a shoulder injury from a pop during the night when i was sleeping. Thursday night this week i was laying in bed reading and looking at youtube and my shoulder popped again. This time when it popped a lot of the pain went away. I think I may had an impingement in my shoulder or a minor dislocation. I forgot until recently that I actually had a bad dislocation in my right shoulder where it had pulled the connection out of my spine at c5 and c6. They did not think I was going to get my use of my arm back and had discussed at one point removing the arm. Which for an 18 year old kid that was going to be the end of the world but it does grow back at a mm a month is what they told me back then I just kept working at it and rehabbing it back then. Eventually it all came back. Then I had my shoulder tear where i had to have 6 anchors installed in 2015. Anyways sorry to digress on things. Now the shoulder is still sore some from work mainly because I have to lift my nail guns up this week and build a floor structure in a church but since it popped back in place it felt like it has felt way better and getting better by the day. I didn't have BPC-157 and Tb500 on hand and didn't have it in the budget to purchase but I am putting money away to order it but family stuff keeps coming up that I have to spend my spare cash on instead. Joys of wife and kids, lol. There worth it if I have to suffer a little longer then I would like. Overall feeling way better. Getting better just doing light shoulder activity, moving it around, some stretching it, and mainly resting it as much as I can. Feeling like it is not as bad as first thought and plan to make a full recovery.

@kcates glad to hear that pop might have actually helped sort out your shoulder issue.
Sounds like it might have been some sort of minor displacement that got realigned. Just keep up with those light shoulder activities, stretching, and resting as much as you can. It's tough with the daily grind and family duties, but maintaining that recovery routine will help you bounce back stronger. Stay positive and keep pushing through, you're on the right track for a full recovery with full EVO family support bro ;)

@kcates hard to say what to cut out bro. I looked back but dont see a deep dive into your diet. If you can share for 2 weeks actual foods we can talk about cutting or adding.

@kcates timing matters bro ;) what time was the shake? and what time did you start and stop eating?
Training is volumed, but dont do cardio until you heal up.

This is a fantastic workout keep it up

I put what i eat on my day logs on my list after training. i really pretty much just eat eggs and 12 ounce of meat and if rice is prepare i eat 6 ounces at breakfast. this has been my same breakfast for the last year and half except when i travel. Then i have a protein shake on the way to the jobsite. Then I eat dinner which is a 1lb of meat typically if i am not full I will eat some veggies. Then i have another protein shake at night. The only thing i have added in the last couple of week is the peanut butter to the shakes. I eat chicken thighs, ground beef, regular beef and pork. Sometimes fish if my wife remembers to buy some. She doesn't like fish. I know i am still losing fat slowly because i can see it in places like my neck where one side is coming off faster then the other side and its lopsided but the lopsided side is getting smaller and you can finally see where the adams apple is. Also i recently can see both veins in my biceps which i have never had that in my life. Now today i did eat off. I had 4 chicken thighs and 6 ounces of rice for breakfast and I had 2 double cheese burgers with onions, tomatoes, lettuce for dinner. I had a protein shake mid day today. I can cut down the rice in the morning to 3 ounces?

Typical work days I eat meal after training around 9 am. Then protein shake around 10 am Then dinner around 7 pm Then last protein shake around 8 pm. Thats because i am out in the field working on the jobsite and dont get off work until 6 pm and go home shower then eat.

Thanks I appreciate it.

Today was my last day of taking the 25mg x2 daily of the Var on top of my TRT. When do I take some updated photos of progress now that i am just going to do my TRT for now, see what my blood work shows, and then decide what to do next and when? Also do I start a new log or just keep this one going since I am just doing my TRT?

Touchdown: started the psyllium husk today. The package came in this afternoon so I only got 12 grams in today. Not a huge fan of the texture it makes my drink like gel. I got it down though and I guess that's all that matters.

I am going to get my blood work done next Monday and see what it is. Post it and then take it from there. I dont know how long i need to just do my TRT before i add other stuff again. Even though I am on TRT and there isnt really a PCT i read I still need to let the body go back down to my TRT normal for awhile. I figured I get my test results and see what happened after taking the var get some advice and take it from there. I do have 4 bottles of test e. 400mg in reserve. I thought I was going to use it after my blood work but not sure now I am learning about other things like deca, primo, and eq. What is sports TRT range?
