bros build consistency at lower weight easy:
just drop 20-30 pounds and increase reps at certain %
 
i would do like 6-8 reps at 80% of your # you are hitting.
so if you bench 300 for example, drop the weights 20% and increase reps then work your way back up
 
Eggs are definitely a great food.

A lot of people don't take advantage of them.
 
The only reason I wouldn't go after psyllium husk, because if you suffer from Crohn's or other inflammatory diseases in the gut,
Yeah , I don't have those issues thank goodness. My wife has chrons real bad has to do cutting edge infusions to stay well. She just started a new trial one with Borland Grover. Hope it works well for her. I actually got firmer poop this morning then normal. I guess it's helping me in that sense.

Thanks, i a appreciate the encouragement. I love getting stronger and working hard in the gym. Makes the rest of the day so much better then before I started this journey when I just worked , drank alcohol, smoked weed, ate process food, stayed up late on technology. I was slowly killing myself. Now I am alive again! I tell my wife my favorite drugs now are caffeine and testosterone. Lol, going to cut out caffeine though when I deload. Try and find something else to substitute instead of the caffeine. Mind pump talks about caffeine free supplement they like. I might try that.
 
You're doing good man. I would continue to cut down. You want to have a flat stomach That's the healthy way.
 
Sunday:

Training: mowed the lawn, worked on replacing the turbo on my son's SUV, played video games with my youngest son! Lol

Diet:
Supplements and meds. Added psyllium husk only got 12 grams in today. Last day taking the Var.

Breakfast: 4 chicken thighs and 6 ounces of rice

Dinner: 2 x double meat and cheese, onion, tomatoes, and lettuce burgers!

I have noticed I sleep better at night on the days I have more carbs then the days I don't. This past week when I didn't eat anything but meat and protein shakes I slept like shit. Last night I was sleeping so good I snoozed 1.5 hours past my alarm.
 
Food porn: some days I can eat it all and some days I can't. Pork shoulder 1lb, 6 ounces of beef, and 6 eggs.

Man, I felt good today. I got some rest this weekend. Got some carbs in yesterday. I felt great in the gym and felt great walking out. I cut down my workout by 2 exercises and my foot feels well enough to get on the treadmill again. I actually got 45 minutes in today. I don't feel beat before I go to work. Note for myself and future self. Be mindful of overtraining it's not helping anything. I went up 10 lbs on the squat again today. I had so much energy I was ripping it out of the rack today. I am going to keep the course by cutting back on exercises this week and see how It effects all life from work to sleep. I feel mentally charged up.

I am going to get my blood work done next Monday and see what it is. Post it and then take it from there. I dont know how long i need to just do my TRT before i add other stuff again. Even though I am on TRT and there isnt really a PCT i read I still need to let the body go back down to my TRT normal for awhile. I figured I get my test results and see what happened after taking the var get some advice and take it from there. I do have 4 bottles of test e. 400mg in reserve. I thought I was going to use it after my blood work but not sure now I am learning about other things like deca, primo, and eq. What is sports TRT range?
TRT is the way bro but sports TRT is even better for you @kcates

cardio is good 45min push it up 60 if you can
