Shoulder dislocates with band x 10
high 5's on pole x5 on each arm
Dual Handle Squechy GRip tricep push downs 4x8 70lbs
Dips on the assisted machine 5x5 -130lbs
Incline close grip bench press on the smith machine 5x5 135lbs
Seated Tricep Extension Machine 4x8 120lbs
Reverse Crunch 4x15 BW
Decline Situps 4x15 BW
Foot still hurt and raw on the top hard to wear shoes still so no treadmill yet

Diet:

Supplements and medicine

Meal after workout: 6 eggs and 1 lb of chicken thighs

50 gram protein shake with milk and peanut butter

Dinner: 1 lb of chicken thighs and 5 ounces of rice

50 gram protein shake with banana, peanut butter, and milk

N2guard is a smart move, we do support them and they support the EVO family, great for cycle and organ support which is what you need at your age. @kcates
I plan to take it slow up to a gram even. Maybe I do well at a lower dose then a gram. Never even have to go that high. I want to try some different stuff to find out what works best for me. I feel like the TRT has gone really well. Not sure if the Oxyandrolone did much with my TRT. Thinking next go around try a higher dose of just test E. Do 400mg and see how that goes. Right now I am going to get my blood work done Tuesday and see how that is first then decide what to do next.
 
Wednesday:

High 5's priming movement x5 each arm

Lateral raises 3x25 5lbs
Rear delt fly machine 3x25 35lbs
Single arm support raise 3x15 20lbs
Treadmill 30 minutes 3 incline 3 speed.

Diet:

Supplements and meds

Meal after training:
6eggs, 13 ounces of pork chops, and 6 ounce lobster ravioli in place of rice.

50 grams protein shake with milk, peanut butter, and banana.

1 can of chicken breast 48 grams of protein in the can. Was not hungry at dinner after having protein shake and fiber when I got home from work.
 
Question, can I do a cut and still keep getting stronger in my 3 main lifts or do I need to be in a bulk for strength gains?
Have you been watching my log? I am in deficit and gaining huge amounts of strength. You won't gain muscles in deficit but you can gain big strength. You can double your muscle strength without gaining muscle size. Powerlifters do it all the time.

Yes absolutely you can!! Go back read my log and Mr.RR. We’ve been doing this it shows on workouts. PRs all over. Powerlifters get good at keeping same weight class & building strength. It’s the point. I had to diet to keep under my weight class but gotta build the strength. Also recently we did Semaglutide in a deficits just don’t overdo the volume. Do quality reps.💪🌸

I been reading yall's logs but I figured the gear has a lot to do with the gains. If I cut now I would not be running gear just my TRT. Can a cut and strength gains be achieved while just cruising or do I need to run higher gear while I cut?

@kcates I would suggest you go slow, 300-400-500mgs not go over.

You can get stronger with a cutting cycle, for that primobolan will be a must with the testosterone.

You would need gear at your age.

@kcates I like you're keeping this diet in check a bit here. Have you drank your psyllium husk?
 
I have listened to that multiple times. I have listened to all the podcast on Spotify. It's what I do all day at work is listen to Steve and Mobster and recently Noah wix! Lol, I enjoyed his that just ran this week. I will listen to the one you listed again tomorrow. Everything I hear I should do a test only cycles to see how I react to test in higher amounts. Maybe I am a good responder to test. Don't know until I try it. Also I can learn how to deal with any sides I might get with test and figure out what my sweet spot is. This is what I have learned listening to the podcast about test only cycles in the beginning. My questions right now is do I start my next cycle at 300mg a week and run it for 12 weeks see how it goes. Then go back to my TRT for awhile. If that goes well I then do another 12 week cycle of 400 rinse and repeat at 500. Then the primo helps giving me more free t correct? How much of the primo do I need per cycle? I don't have any primo on hand. I have 4 bottles of test E. 400 and arimidex but next order I am going to order some aromason. How much of a break do I take between these cycles? I hear on the podcast to do 1-2 a year if your doing 12 weeks. If I was doing 8 weeks I could do up to 3 a year.
 
@kcates I like you're keeping this diet in check a bit here. Have you drank your psyllium husk?
Thanks, yes I have been drinking the husk. It has helped in the bathroom for sure. Made things solid but like a normal solid. The problem I have is I mix it and I guess I don't drink it fast enough. It gets like a gel and then it's weird to drink. Just a weird texture. So I add more water to it and then drink it the rest of the way down.

@kcates you need to add more water to the mix a lot more and drink more water after, mix fast and drink.
 
Can I do a test primo cut cycle, is that a thing?
Test primo cutting cycles are some of the best, with a little winstrol sprinkled on top. :D

You can do test only cycles but for cutting it will be a toss up on the strength, we would have to low BMR this right. @kcat

and I like @Noah Wixx he brings flavor to the show. :D
