Shoulder dislocated with the band for priming the muscle before workout x10
High 5's priming movement x5 each arm
Lateral raises 3x25 5lbs
Rear delt fly machine 3x25 35lbs
Single arm support raise 3x15 20lbs
Treadmill 30 minutes 3 incline 3 speed.

Meal after training:
6eggs, 13 ounces of pork chops, and 6 ounce lobster ravioli in place of rice.
50 grams protein shake with milk, peanut butter, and banana.
1 can of chicken breast 48 grams of protein in the can. Was not hungry at dinner after having protein shake and fiber when I got home from work.
