Are u referring to the squishy grip? If so it's the handles that have a foam around the handle. I learned the exercise from the late John Meadows and that is what he described the handles I am definitely squeezing at the bottom on the triceps

I don't see any reason why you can't set some good personal records over the next year.

Just make sure you stay strong.

I would love to see you continue to push yourself.

Get to the level you want and make sure you Continue to get strong, even into your 70s.

I think with weight training, you can do it for life. There's no reason I see people in the gym, even in their 90s.

Bros. I got a lot of respect for what you're doing here.

I'm a big weight trainer, as well. I like to power lift.

Getting the week started off right!

Yeah for sure for life! Powerlifting at 90 I don't know. I just hope I can powerlift until 70's if not then I will just weight lift for fitness I will tell you when I get 90. My wife's Great Grandpa is 90 works out almost every day. He rides his tric bike up to the gym and has a personal trainer. Dude functions like he is 60.

You inspire us as much as old school lifters, inspire you. We love to see people reach their goals.
Same here young and old I am inspired by all. It's crazy no the young guys come to me ask about working out and other stuff. A lot of them worked out longer then me. I share as much wisdom as I can with them. One dude yestéday in his early 20's asking about starting low dose test. Cycles or TRT. I told him about all the cons for a young lifter I have learned on here. Before he left he said I am going to hold off. I advised him learn as much as you can about it. Go to evolutionary.org and even start a log even if your natty. There is ton of people who will help you. I told my wife if I was his age because I abused drugs in my 20's and I was into fitness I would have done it regardless of the sides. I mean, I did coke, weed, LSD, ecstacy, shrooms, meth, designer dugs, just about anything except heroin. I get the attraction to try and fast track fitness. If I wasn't so old and already doing TR because I am hypogonadal. I would have waited and pushed my natural ability. If anything in my fitness journey is help the youth be informed so they can make the best educated decision for themselves. All this fitness journey was worth it no matter what else happens actually to me. I owe a lot of that education I am learning to the podcast and this forum family as you all teach me, I retain, and share.

Thank you. Now that I think about it maybe I am a cortisol junky that's why I like lifting heavy and it makes me feel good. Anyways, what is a big weight trainer more specifically? I hear of powerlifting coaches or strongman coaches, or coaches are who focus on strength training? Where do I learn more about that field?

Definitely squeezing is important. It doesn't matter if you're training for strength or Aesthetics.

Very motivating goals man. You can definitely accomplish what you want.

And we're gonna help you in this long.

Your biggest enemy is going to be injuries. So make sure you're doing proper warm-ups, and you're stretching,
Yes, I prime my muscles before hand and stretch and foam roll afterwards. I am learning to listen to my body as well and not just say this is the schedule get it done. 97% of the time it's get it done but sometimes I am learning the body is saying not today take it easy on this joint or muscle or herniated disk.
