I’ve found that narrowing up bench grip does help with shoulder issues. Mr RR has had shoulder surgeries might be similar issues as u but I do better as well but my triceps are really strong and it shifts the stress to the triceps more. Angle on wider is infact, harder on my shoulders for sure. Hammer strength machines are nice too cuz you can adjust angles grip ect.. to what your body likes. I don’t use smith really for anything. It just locks me into a position which doesn’t allow for the adjustments. But that’s me. Incline practice might help with your range of motion on shoulder presses too it works shoulders also. It’s the pain I would worry about more. If it hurts I just don’t do it don’t force it, find a diff movement. Thats me. Keep working on it! 💪🌸

90/90's 5 sec hold on each leg x5 on each leg

Squat:
5x 65lbs bar only
5x115lbs

Working sets 3x3 355 lbs

Leg Press:
3x20 270lbs

Decline Dumbbell bench press

Treadmill: 30 minutes speed and incline 3

Diet:
Supplements and meds

Meal after training: 6 eggs 50 grams protein shake with peanut butter, and milk

When I got home: can of chicken breast 48 grams of protein

Dinner: 1 lb of chicken breast prepared for tacos. I made 3 roll ups with tortillas with cheddar cheese

Desert : 50 grams protein shake with peanut butter and milk by 830 pm. Fasting 12 hours for blood work tomorrow at 830 am.

Feeling rested again this week from not doing to much and my main lifts are still going up. Added 10lbs to the squat again for a PR.

Squashy grip dual handle tricep push downs 4x8 70lbs
Dips on assisted machine 5x5 -125lbs
Incline close grip bench on smith machine 5x5 135lbs
Seated tricep extension machine 4x8 120 lbs

30 minutes treadmill speed & incline 3

Diet: daily supplements and Meds

Meal after training: 6 eggs, can of chicken (48 grams of protein per can) & 50 grams protein shake with peanut butter, milk, and banana.

Afternoon meal: 1 lb of roast beef.

Dinner: 4 chicken thighs

Your estrogen is high, your liver values are off, many values are off. @kcates, we need to start cutting your diet and adding an Ai asap.

@kcates It to sum it up. You're dealing with heart, kidney, and liver strain. These are normal things that happen when you're using steroids. But also, when you're carrying a lot of muscle,
They aren't something you want long-term. So you want to make sure you come off the gear or go back to a mild trt dose and make sure you're taking your support supplements and donating blood.
 
I went of the var a 2 weeks ago it was only 9 days when i did blood. i am only doing my prescribed trt now. Then blood donation I am waiting on one blood to clear me to give blood again. long story from1993 when I apparently gave blood and then told them not to use it. I dont remember and they didnt have full records why. So I had to donate and then I got cleared results then they said it takes 60 days to clear paper work wise. They will call me and let me know I can donate again. As soon as they call I am going to donate.

@kcates bro my bloods look worse then that lolz. Not sure. Why you worried man? What you expect you on steroids, of course numbers gonna be off. But that's what we do. Monstro true champioin turned out fine.

Your liver values are pretty normal considering you just came off var. I would eat a more balanced diet with more veggies and fruit.

First cycle other then my TRT so just learning how this all works. Is this something I have to take drastic measures or is it something that just clears up in a few weeks when the VAR leaves my system completely? I dont feel bad but what i hear everyone say its the blood work is what matters and here it is. I know the cycle was going to possible mess things up. There not that far out of the ranges other then my estrogen but I dont have any other measure on that to compare it to. I could of had some high estrogen from my TRT. For now I am just going to use my TRT, How long should i wait before I do blood work again and see how things are.

@kcates bros it important to get bloods done again once roids out of yo system. this way we can see any changes.
It. But still, you gotta make sure your heart health. Okay. Get some good support supps and hit those and make heart stronger!
 
We discussed NOT doing partial shoulder dislocations on a show we recorded yesterday
I will have to listen to that podcast when it comes out. What I am talking about is where u hold a band between your two hands or u can use a broom stick. You lift it from the front of you over head to your backside. I don't use the stick I like using the band because it gives more room for my shoulders to move there own way with the band. It's a priming movement for the shoulder. I don't actually partially dislocate my shoulder. I found a video of what I am doing.
