@kcates Well, your numbers are going to obviously improve the longer you stay off. So if you're worried stay off as long as possible but also make sure your trt is where it needs to be too many people, run too much. You also need to donate blood as has been said.First cycle other then my TRT so just learning how this all works. Is this something I have to take drastic measures or is it something that just clears up in a few weeks when the VAR leaves my system completely? I dont feel bad but what i hear everyone say its the blood work is what matters and here it is. I know the cycle was going to possible mess things up. There not that far out of the ranges other then my estrogen but I dont have any other measure on that to compare it to. I could of had some high estrogen from my TRT. For now I am just going to use my TRT, How long should i wait before I do blood work again and see how things are.
For how I was feeling I was at first doing 200 mg every 10 days but was feeling symptoms come back at around day 7. My doctor changed it to every 7 days. It's kept all my symptoms at bay since. I was really low prior to starting TRT at 158 ng/dl. I am going to tell my doctor about my issue right now with one blood donation and see if he has another option in the meantime until that gets fixed. I am also going to stop by and see if I am clear finally to donate on the way home from the gym today. Maybe they forgot to call me. I can stay just on my TRT for a long time. My thought process is if I am going to do any 8 week cycles it's best to do them now then if I get older. Since I am already on TRT and my own production is shut down for life, I already shave my head, and don't want any more kids of my own just grandkids one day. I might as well do these things now. I am only thinking 1-2 a year 8 -12 week cycles. Next cycle in the future will probably be just raising my test to 300 and adding some primo. Try just higher test cycles and see how that does in the future. I think that is my plan for now@kcates Well, your numbers are going to obviously improve the longer you stay off. @kcatesHere is all my blood work results. What does it all mean and what do I do next?
At least 0.25mgs eod to start off with arimidex. @kcatesI have arimadex on hand. How much of that should i take? Diet wise what do I cut everything but protein and veggies? What about eggs?
I like being strong as possible. Size don't matter to me. I just like lifting heavy. Obviously there are strong guys in less weight then me. Like Anatoly, lol, he cracks me up. Dropping fat is not something I am against. I am slowly dropping fat but at a rate that I replace it with muscle so the scale doesn't really move. I have noticed after going off the var I have consistently been staying in the upper 230 lb range and not going back up to the low 240s. Probably a few more tweaks and I can start moving down more consistently. One day Lev is going to get through to me, lol. Don't give up Lev, we going to get there!@kcates
Here, I know you like to lift heavy and I know you like to get big, but the truth is big people don't live a long time.
You may want to eventually change your goals and go for more of being leaner and maybe not as strong.
Another questions what is the best way to upload videos to my forum? I try directly from my phone it's says they are to large. I see Road Rage wife does them no problem. At least 0.25mgs eod to start off with arimidex. @kcates
I think you should keep your diet as is, but what I'm saying we cut your carbs to what you really need. Kind of the minimum. If your job required cardio blasts, you will need some carbs, but we can make sure they are LOW Gi like oatmeal or buckwheat and only have them before work or middle.
@kcates That's great. That you're learning new things online. Sometimes we overdo things, and we end up entering ourselves, so make sure that you are keeping an eye on things, do some arm circles to really get your shoulders mobileI will have to listen to that podcast when it comes out. What I am talking about is where u hold a band between your two hands or u can use a broom stick. You lift it from the front of you over head to your backside. I don't use the stick I like using the band because it gives more room for my shoulders to move there own way with the band. It's a priming movement for the shoulder. I don't actually partially dislocate my shoulder. I found a video of what I am doing.
I think she cuts the size, resizes them, @RoidRage69 @RoidRageWife can comment i hope.Another questions what is the best way to upload videos to my forum? I try directly from my phone it's says they are to large. I see Road Rage wife does them no problem.
I do arm circles on bench day with a band on the shoulder/bicep. I call them scapular circles with a band. I will try and throw them in more often without the band. Sometimes I like to swing the sledge hammer around since I use it at work.@kcates That's great. That you're learning new things online. Make sure to not record in 4K. That takes too much space. We don't resize anything. Make vids less than 25 sec.Another questions what is the best way to upload videos to my forum? I try directly from my phone it's says they are to large. I see Road Rage wife does them no problem.
Will do, I kind of do through out the day. Work wares them out and I can get stiff working in one position for long periods. So I stretch at work because it makes them feel better.@kcates That is great to hear that you're taking care of your shoulders.
Make sure you stretch them really good after post-workout.
@kcates bro my mentality you only live once. Push it to the Max and enjoy life.First cycle other then my TRT so just learning how this all works. Dip bench is a good one, can you do straight dips with bodyweight?Today is tricep work. I love using this machine. I like the feel it does on my tris. It's my last exercise after dips and incline close grip bench. I can't wait to get to it to end the work out.
That was my young mentality, fuck it I only live once. Now my mentality as I reach 50 is what is best to live as long as possible to be here as long as I can for my family and the family to come. That is a physical and mental quest. I don't want to just be here stuck in a home just being kept alive. I lived a very long selfish life prior. Just drinking, drugging, eating all the things my wife calls the good stuff, basically shit food most of the time. Not caring about anything but my own pleasure. I chased money at any cost doing scrupulous deals, selling drugs, and living that lifestyle. It has given me the pleasure of enjoying so many county jails I have forgotten how many, been to Florida prisons, and Federal prison. 30 years of physical and mental damage I still deal with today. I still struggle with greed, the love of money, and wanting what others have on a daily basis but I know ehat my faults are, I continue to do better, and I don't do illegal things for it any longer. I just work harder and a workaholic at times. I do this out of saying well we need the money. Really what I need is time. My loved ones want my time and don't really need things they just want to spend quality time together and make memories that can be kept when I am gone one day. Now I am conscious of doing better mentally and physically to live as long as I can for my family. I still exhibit some selfish actions in my healthy lifestyle by saying it's for getting healthy but at my age I want to take it slow and make sure I don't do anything that takes time away or at least minimize it as much as possible. Doing the training I do is not the best for this either but selfish me really enjoys it, I know I could just stay on TRT and that is probably the best thing but I do like pushing the limits some to see what can happen. That's the selfish part of me as well. This is where my mind is on taking things slow to not make things worse. I am not 20 years old any more and can't bounce back like I use to. I bounce a little harder and seem to keep bouncing a few times before I stop these days. I like the advice on here and on the Evo podcast of ots a marathon and can take it slow. I am already on TRT year round and bumping up things a few times a year for short spurts sounds like a good plan. Take it slow going up to find that sweat spot for me doesn't sound bad. Then that way I can learn how my body reacts to things. Mm@kcates bro my mentality you only live once. Push it to the Max and enjoy life.
I use the assisted dip machine. I can't do a bodyweight dip yet but I keep decreasing the weight down. I will get there one day.Dip bench is a good one, can you do straight dips with bodyweight?
