Monday: I don't feel good with sore throat and coughing up yellow stuff. I couldn't move my deadlifts last week I decided to deload this week. I am doing all my lifts at 50 percent this week.

Training:

Combat stretch x5 on each side with 5 sec hold

Can't always have a good workout. We all have bad ones every now and then. Body is just tired.
 
Sorry everyone I been slacking on getting my daily reports in. I have all my training logs but I dont write down my food since I normally just log the next day and can remember. When you dont log for half a week I can't remember every day. I can tell you my breakfast is pretty much the same 6 eggs and some meat to make up the difference to make it a 100 gram protein meal. Then a protein shake with whey, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder, 2 cups of milk and a banana when there in stock at the house. That comes to 82 grams of protein. Then I typically have a 1 lb of meat at dinner with some veggies if I can eat them after the pound of meat. I know I got to do better on the veggies. I do have a greens drink that has my multivitamins in it and my probiotics daily. Hopefully, I will get back on the saddle this week and log in the am. I usually do it in the gym but I been making an effort to try and stay off my phone and focus on my training.

Friday: I failed at my heavy deadlift this week I couldn't even pull one off the floor. I did 385lbs last week for 3x3. I didn't get a perfect nights sleep the night before but it was still 7 hours. I started getting sick over the weekend as well. I got nose drainage and now have an upper respiratory infection.

That evening: I started feeling sick with sore throat and didn't feel like eating. Had another 82 gram protein shake like above.

Training volume is serious and the structure you are keeping around your meals shows you are still putting in work. Missing a few logs is no big deal as long as you stay consistent with your food and training overall. Smart move pulling back a bit when the shoulder was acting up and still finding a way to get good work in.

Getting sick sucks but you pushed through and still hit your protein goals where you could bro but would like to see meal pics at least

I like deload when it's needed it feels good to go in and concentrate on form and muscle mind connection. Then feel energized to get back to the progressive overload. I love all my workouts and being at the gym I go to. In my mind they are all good workouts because it all has purpose.

Where do yall find the best deals on getting blood work done? Through my PCP I get them done through Quest Labs. Also wondering if I should just ask my PCP to order to get it sheaper with insurance. Normally I only pay $25 dollars for the test using my insurance but wasn't sure if Blue Cross Blue shield only pays for so many testosterone test a year when on TRT?

On bloods hard to say depends on your budget. If you want to do insurance they will be strict and you can't cycle. @kcates

I just woke up. The fluid I am coughing up is getting clearer. Best it's been since last weekend. I just don't feel my full normal energy. I also am tapering down my caffeine. I had decided when I finally reloaded I would taper off caffeine. This week I cut my preworkout in half. That could be adding to my less energy as well. I Didn't sleep well last night. Only got 5.5 hours. I think when I went to bed I took 3 capsules of my omega 3's instead of my magnesium not thinking clearly. I had stayed up late so my sleep rhythm was off and I naturally want to get up at 6 am regardless what time I go to bed. Also, I am hovering in upper 230's lbs now. A month ago I was hovering in the low 240's. I weighed 236 this morning. I see more fat coming off in areas like my chest and my neck. I am getting very consistent on hitting the treadmill daily for a minimum of 30 minutes. I do more when my schedule allows me. That's it in a nut shell this week.

I much prefer free weight pressing
I do as well. I just have to make accomodations for overhead press and incline press because of my right shoulder with the 6 anchors in it I don't have the mobility to do the overhead press and I get pain in the incline press with normal grip. I have started doing a narrow grip incline press that is giving me less pain. At first I couldn't get the bar down to my chest with just the bar. That was 2 weeks ago. Last week I did it and I could get the bar down to my chest. This week I am going to add 2.5lbs to each side. Then just keep adding 5 to the total each week progressive overloading it on up to get it stronger. I just keep stretching the shoulder. I hope one day I can do an overhead press and a high bar squat. Honestly 2 years ago before I started working out I never believe I would be able to get this much mobility and strength out of that shoulder. Doc told my wife after surgery I would never do construction again and I didn't lift weights back then so I am sure he never thought I would be lifting this much on it either. No matter what happens now that in itself is a win. I lift weights and I am still doing construction.

I am figuring out it gets easier as I do it regularly. Now I can cranking the incline and speed right up to 3 and go. When I first started I had to increase it a little at a time over a couple of minutes. Also the time goes by much quicker while doing it. I actually enjoy it now.

I want to place an order soon. My buddy keeps hounding me to order him some HGH next time I order. I have test E 400, I have 50 tabs of 50mg Anavar and arimidex 100 tabs. I want to do a higher test cycle next 300-400 see how the body reacts and causes any sides. I need more data and experience with how my body reacts. I want to find what works best for me and that sweet spot. Should I just do the test by itself to see how my body reacts or should I add in some primo or equipoise with it. As I learn more from the podcast about equipoise I think that may be a good solution for me because of the work I do. I do want to try some deca or NPP one day as well. Also want to try some sustenon one day as well. Do I need any other stuff to help mitigate side effects? I plan to order some bpc 157 and TB 500 as well and run it for 12 weeks injecting it in my shoulders. My plan is to do 300-400 test E for 8-12 weeks. Going to get my blood work done in a month and see how that is and take it from there. Just want to watch for sales in the meantime and have my stuff all ready to go for when I am ready to start a new cycle. Looking forward to the recommendations. Thanks.
