@kcates Excellent update on this man. Peanut butter, always tastes really good with banana. That's one of my favorite mixes.
 
I am figuring out it gets easier as I do it regularly. Now I can cranking the incline and speed right up to 3 and go. When I first started I had to increase it a little at a time over a couple of minutes. Also the time goes by much quicker while doing it. I actually enjoy it now.

Eggs rice and ground beef. You won't go wrong with that. That's a good quality. Protein carb diet.
 
I just woke up. The fluid I am coughing up is getting clearer. Best it's been since last weekend. I just don't feel my full normal energy. I also am tapering down my caffeine. I had decided when I finally reloaded I would taper off caffeine. This week I cut my preworkout in half. That could be adding to my less energy as well. I Didn't sleep well last night. Only got 5.5 hours. I think when I went to bed I took 3 capsules of my omega 3's instead of my magnesium not thinking clearly. I had stayed up late so my sleep rhythm was off and I naturally want to get up at 6 am regardless what time I go to bed. Also, I am hovering in upper 230's lbs now. A month ago I was hovering in the low 240's. I weighed 236 this morning. I see more fat coming off in areas like my chest and my neck. I am getting very consistent on hitting the treadmill daily for a minimum of 30 minutes. I do more when my schedule allows me. That's it in a nut shell this week.
If you get off caffeine, try using methylene blue, that will help. @kcates

I want to place an order soon. My buddy keeps hounding me to order him some HGH next time I order. I have test E 400, I have 50 tabs of 50mg Anavar and arimidex 100 tabs. I want to do a higher test cycle next 300-400 see how the body reacts and causes any sides. I need more data and experience with how my body reacts. I want to find what works best for me and that sweet spot. Should I just do the test by itself to see how my body reacts or should I add in some primo or equipoise with it. As I learn more from the podcast about equipoise I think that may be a good solution for me because of the work I do. I do want to try some deca or NPP one day as well. Also want to try some sustenon one day as well. Do I need any other stuff to help mitigate side effects? I plan to order some bpc 157 and TB 500 as well and run it for 12 weeks injecting it in my shoulders. My plan is to do 300-400 test E for 8-12 weeks. Going to get my blood work done in a month and see how that is and take it from there. Just want to watch for sales in the meantime and have my stuff all ready to go for when I am ready to start a new cycle. Looking forward to the recommendations. Thanks.

I was born and part of my life raised in Oklahoma. Both my parents families are from Atoka and Ada Oklahoma. I remember the sirens and tornados growing up. Dont miss them but now I live in Florida and deal with hurricanes. Traded one crazy storm for another. The stories of trailers being picked up up and moved I heard growing were crazy. I hope your wife was ok and not injured?

Hopefully you are feeling a little better, sometimes we have bad lift days in the end a bad day in the gym is better than not doing anything at all, keeping the mental foucs is a key element with having long term success.

@kcates Staying consistent with your routine during sickness can be a challenge, but you've shown great dedication. Keep giving your body time to recover, and don't hesitate to cut back more if needed.

@kcates bro my wife so fat her fat gave her soft landing. problem is it hit at night. i was out with lot lizard but sirens didn't go off so she slept through it. i came home and trailer was not in same spot, i was kinda drunk and thought i drove up to wrong ranch lol

Mobility work and stretching. Shoulder dislocations with a band using a broom stick doesn't go as smooth because the other shoulder rotated a little different then the one with our anchors. I do 5 fives and at the top I lean into a pile then I come off and finish the rotation, then I do handcuffs. Where I lay on my stomach and go from the handcuffs position and rotate my arms around to where they are behind my head. Just like getting cuffed like the police. Lol. Then I get in the rack and stretch into the squat position as far as I can go. I do pec stretches on the rack as well. This block I started this week I started new mobility work dead bug, and dog pointer.i think those help as well.

I use a peanut butter fit pounder. It has added protein in it. I like the taste. It's just 2 table spoons. My wife had found this fit pounder for me. I only saw extra protein in it and I didn't even look at the other macros. If I stay at the diet I am on now I will lose weight anyways this time of year. Going into the summer months in Florida doing construction I will lose weight. I usually naturally lose weight summer time and stay around the same all winter. To actually do a cut and do some more focus bodybuilding iso work come August and will focus cutting down maybe 500 calories at that point. Maybe do a cut cycle at that time. Feeling really good with training and work right now specially since I weaning down my caffeine intake. That is my game plan. I want to keep eating to focus on strength as I keep working towards my goal for Aug. 9th to test my 5rep max my 3 lifts. I think I am 14 weeks out. Just started my program to run me to that point. It's 3 blocks and I just started block one this week. So here we go!

Diet:

Daily supplements and meds. I take my TRT and Mounjaro shots today.

Meal after training: 6 eggs, 12 ounces of chicken, and 6 ounces of rice

Customer gave us medium strawberry and banana with protein smoothies

Dinner 1 lb of chicken and 5 ounces of yellow rice.
