Dinner: 4 slices of Dominos pizza. I felt horrible after working and couldn't cook. My wife left and went to dinner with her mom. I had to feed my son as well so I order us a pizza while i took a shower. Ate and went to bed. Have an upper respiratory infection whooping me.
Wednesday: Stayed home sick today after a little workout. Went to Home Depot after the gym and it took me 5 minutes to get the motivation to get out of the truck to go in. At that point I knew I needed to go home and rest.
Training:

Single Arm Supported Lateral raises: 4/10/6 20 lbs in that plane of motion my shoulder is still with some pain.

Diet:
Meal after training: I made 6 eggs, 5 ounces of rice and 12 ounces of ground beef. I was only able to eat 1/3 of it. I then made a 50 gram protein shake with milk, peanut butter powder and banana.
Dinner: My wife made a roast and I cut off 1 lb to eat. It did not come out good out of the pressure cooker like last time. It was to hard. I had some but didnt finish even half of my 1lb. I then had a 50 gram protein shake with peanut butter powder, and milk.
Not very hungry while I am sick but still trying to get the protein in with shakes.
