I use a peanut butter fit pounder. It has added protein in it. I like the taste. It's just 2 table spoons. My wife had found this fit pounder for me. I only saw extra protein in it and I didn't even look at the other macros. If I stay at the diet I am on now I will lose weight anyways this time of year. Going into the summer months in Florida doing construction I will lose weight. I usually naturally lose weight summer time and stay around the same all winter. To actually do a cut and do some more focus bodybuilding iso work come August and will focus cutting down maybe 500 calories at that point. Maybe do a cut cycle at that time. Feeling really good with training and work right now specially since I weaning down my caffeine intake. That is my game plan. I want to keep eating to focus on strength as I keep working towards my goal for Aug. 9th to test my 5rep max my 3 lifts. I think I am 14 weeks out. Just started my program to run me to that point. It's 3 blocks and I just started block one this week. So here we go!
That's a good peanut butter as long as you enjoy the taste, just keep in mind the omega 6 high ratios with peanuts.

Not yet, I am actually so sore from doing them. It effected my sleep last night. Really physically demanding at work right now. Hauling material and debri up and down stairs. I need the extra carbs.

I get my ground beef and roast in. In the morning I am going to have roast and eggs. I think if it isn't raining we are having burgers tomorrow evening. Steaks we don't have as much.

The carbs, I get why you need them. if you can swap to brown rice.

@kcates Excellent job on this. The pull-ups are on point in the dips are perfect. The eggs and chicken in the rice is a perfect meal.

Here's that roast chopped and thrown in the skillet with some rice and seasoning. Then I fried my 6 eggs to go along with it. Then there is my hamburgers for dinner. Only thing is not really burgers without all the toppings, cheese, and buns. More like meat patties that I eat with my fingers. Still really good. I ate a pound of burgers. My son has to lose 7 more pounds so he. Can go off to the Marines. I got him eating burgers like that as well.
