Here's that roast chopped and thrown in the skillet with some rice and seasoning. Then I fried my 6 eggs to go along with it. Then there is my hamburgers for dinner. Only thing is not really burgers without all the toppings, cheese, and buns. More like meat patties that I eat with my fingers. Still really good. I ate a pound of burgers. My son has to lose 7 more pounds so he. Can go off to the Marines. I got him eating burgers like that as well.

I think it's just strength from doing construction all my life and just being a work horse. Just always had a natural strength for picking stuff up and working hard.
