Approved Log First log TRT+ tirzepatide to testosterone anavar Log

Today I had to use some of my Ultima-enan 400 because my TRT prescription came up short for a shot this week. I did 1/2 ml to get 200 mg. That stuff goes in smooth. The oil is not as thick and I had no PIP. Sometimes I do on my prescription test. Cyp. So far nice injection. Can't wait to use it for a blast!
@kcates Ultimate is good testosterone I've used their brand. Your plan for the blast is when?

You shouldn't use chatgpt for your training, you should talk to us. I really don't believe in Ai gives REALLY dangerous advice to so many users. @kcates
I use AI for other stuff like for work and it works really well. I don't use ChatGPT for my training but I have challenged it to compare how well it will do against recommendations on here sometimes for fun to see how well it does.It typically will be spot on with recommendations on here. I have also compared it to cycle questions I have asked on her or advice I have heard on here or the podcast to just see what it would say. ChatGPT will actually read all of your forums to learn all about your data. Give more detailed answers specific to me. It comes back almost identical. It's pretty wild. I just been testing it against different things to see how good it's getting when the new versions come out. Anyways, I am trying the evolveAI app that is a powerlifting specific training app see how it goes. So far I like it. I still have to do a lot of the programming it just more or less regulates the daily volume based on how I feel that day. The main lifts for powerlifting are the main lifts it can't really mess that up. It's bench, squat, deadlift. Then all my accessory work I picked out and I can add sets and reps to those as I feel necessary. Now that I talk about it. The AI part is really not that much. Its has me answer questions to think about like what I want to achieve today in my workout. It has me doing more mobility stuff then normal. Then has me rate how I actually feel in all my muscle groups. Then in the end it ask me what I feel like I did great at and also what I could improve. Some things to ponder about while I hit the treadmill that if it wasn't in the app I wouldn't do. I will try it out and if it isn't for me in the long run I will go back to doing my programming in my other app. I like having it all mapped out for me on my phone. The other app is a lot more work to input every little detail of my block of training. I like having it on my phone on an app ready to go. They also have a forum you become a part of with other powerlifters on discord which is nice also.

Don't have one per se yet. Got to find somewhere I can get some blood work done next week paid out of pocket. See what that says and take it from there.
you check privatemd?

For training maybe but for cycling steroids, diet and overall gear talk I would stay away from any Ai, I've seen such bad advice its horrible. @kcates
If it works in the long run that's good but make sure you dont use it for actual Log talk like gear planning.

I meant the lot lizards part! Brig no fun for sure.
bro i bet you got lots of lot lizards in your day. i can tell by your personality

Today I hit my lowest weight to date since I been on this journey, 233 lbs. Not that is the primary goal at the moment it's still cool when it happens.

Its not advice i am taking from it for now. who knows in the future what it will do. That is why i am comparing it to different stuff like my work stuff and my fitness lifestyle stuff to see where it is in its progression. I been testing it out with estimating in my work and it seems to be pretty promising but i still have to check it against the way i normally do it now and then tweak my prompts to my own knowledge where i see it coming up short. Its pretty cool i can upload photos, dimensions, and any other details and it will produce an estimate and even write out a proposal to send to the client. So far it is helping me cut my time down in half on estimating. Which it really doesn't cut my time down for now because i still have to do it in the other software to double check things. Now i am looking at an AI driven estimating software for work to see how it does. The key to getting great results from AI is effective prompt engineering. I also use a software at work for logging jobsite photos called companycam and they have it in there now to do reports for you based on what you say to it and the photos. Its just crazy where it is all going. The reason most people will not get good results with it is that they have not learned prompt engineering. This is a new valuable skill set people can learn. I bet our grandkids will learn it in school in the future so they know how to talk to there robots to get the best results from them.

you check privatemd?
i checked out the site you sent me to. I am going to use them and order in a week or so. Not this Sunday coming up but the following one will have been 7 weeks off the VAR. @kcates smart move on bloods :D

You should break the test dose into 3 shots/week if you can.
