None, I am just doing it for myself as a personal goal. I have a shoulder with 6 anchors in it so I am unable to grab a squat bar on my back. I use the SS Yoke bar to do my squats. I continue to keep stretching it though in hopes of one day be able to put a regular bar on my back one day. My doc told me I would never do construction again, pull the cord on lawn equipment, etc. Here I am still doing construction, pulling cords on lawn equipment and now lifting weights. If I can ever get the bar on my back and hold it with that arm then I will definitely do a competition just for the love of it. I started all this because my PCP told me to go lift weights while on tirzepatide. Trying to figure out what to do in the gym I found strength training them powerlifting. Now I just love pulling heavy weight and reaching new higher weights. It makes me feel good mentally.
@kcates I noticed you quoted me but we didnt discuss the BPC157 situation.
I'm not big on squats with guys that have shoulders injuries, but thats going to be your life choice.
Can we discuss you starting a low dose bpc157 cycle?
 
It is not the plan to be zero carb. It just ended up that way that day. Being on tirzepatide makes it a struggle to just eat daily. I am trying to gain strength is my goal. So getting my 200-250 grams of protein in whole food is my first goal every day. If I am going to be short I will supplement protein shake. I didn't do cardio that day. I am not in a cut i am just trying to eat clean and build strength so I guess technically I am to be in a bulk. I been more staying closer to maintenance. In the last 16 months I have not gained any weight but I can see the fat coming off slowly. I must be gaining muscle because my strength gains keep going up. That's the goal progressive overload and get stronger. I think after my powerlifting peak in August before my 50th birthday. I may finally do a cut to get some of this extra weight off. Then again I may shoot for higher numbers on my squat, DL, and bench. Lol
It's reasonable to have low cars, its perfect for you to lean out. High protein is key with any GLP-1, you can see @Likwid in his log keeps his protein real high, very smart.

@kcates I would add daily organ liver support like n2guard, daily probiotics, daily digestive enzymes and daily psyllium husk. You can get moderate priced ones.

Yeah, I have never ordered or used the product. I definitely need guidance on the product Been thinking about it for awhile even just for general body repair and I get tendinitis in my elbows sometimes. I been thinking about getting it for those reasons before the shoulder issue. Actually shoulder is getting better daily. I think I just aggravated something in the shoulder and didn't really do any thing major luckily this time.

Training:

Bench press 10x10 45 lbs wanted to just move the shoulder and pump some blood in there.
Inverse Curl 4x12 165lbs
Reverse hyper machine 4x12 110lbs
Hyperextensions 4x12 body weight
Reverse crunches 4x15 body weight
Decline situps 4x15 body weight. This is one thing I have been proud of. Started doing these March 20th 2024. I could only do a couple of reps at a time in the beginning.

30 minutes treadmill incline 5 speed 3.2

Diet:
Supplements before workout and 25mg Anavar
Supplements and vitamins after workout

Meal after workout:
6 eggs,
12 ounces of baked chicken thighs

Dinner
19 ounces of baked chicken thighs and California mixed vegetables with cheese. See dinner pics

Start with a few bottles of bpc157. Go low dose 250mcg ed with bpc157 split into each shoulder 1/2 dose to start off. @kcates

Dinner looks good I like baked chicken, oldschool style clean, I would cut the cheese out and use almond batter. @kcates
Post training thats legit but did you have a protein shake?

Training is good but you mean you did 10 sets of 10 reps on bench?

Baked chicken is easy. Just throw it in the oven and wait. Easy clean up. I like cheese it makes it different then the same old same old veggie with sea salt or Parmesan cheese. It's got some protein in it. What is almond batter? Yeah I did 10 sets of 10 reps with just the bar. Short rest periods I didn't even sit up between sets just layed there.Worked on form going real slow, moving the joint and letting the shoulder get some blood in there.

can you back it with almond flour? that should be easy @kcates mix it with water lightly you can look up recipes .

Is Ultima BPC-157 good or is there another brand better? Do I do these shots daily? When I do the shots is am or pm the better part of the day to do these? If I wanted recovery from bpc-157 would the oral form be better or still use the injection but maybe just stick myself in the stomach near the belly button?
 
Just keep on stretching your shoulder really good and eventually u will get a bar on yiur back. After my last shoulder surgery I was convinced I would never get a bar on my back again. It hurt so bad to just reach above my head with my hand. It took 3 years before I could do it. U should look at mobility stretching exercises on utube and maybe get some deep tissue massages once a month or so. Hit make sure and stretch everyday no matter what.
This is the set up I use for squats. There are other safety squat bars I can use, transformation bar, mars bar, 2 other cambered bars.. I think I just started with the SS Yoke so it's now my go to.

Just keep on stretching your shoulder really good and eventually u will get a bar on yiur back. After my last shoulder surgery I was convinced I would never get a bar on my back again. It hurt so bad to just reach above my head with my hand. It took 3 years before I could do it. U should look at mobility stretching exercises on utube and maybe get some deep tissue massages once a month or so. Hit make sure and stretch everyday no matter what.
I tried to grab the regular squat bar today. This is the best it's been since 2015. I am getting really close. Year and half ago I couldn't even get my hand on the bar.

Rifle Flips each side x 5

T1:
Deadlift (conventional): 5x5 335 lbs. On my last block of training I failed my 5x5 at 335 on Dec 20th and dropped to my 3x5. Today I knocked them all out and still got more for next week when I go up by 10 lbs again. Progress and getting stronger!
T2:
Overhead Press Seated on the smith machine: 4x8 80 lbs
Seated Lever Row: 4x8 155
T3:
Chinups on the assisted machine: 3x10 -105 lbs
Barbell concentration curls: 3x10 60 lbs
Supine Scorpions each side: x5
Foam Roll Throaic: 60 secs.

Pull-ups are the best back workout hands down

You have to inject BPC157 around the injury site for it to work properly.

I use a safety squat bar, SS Yoke bar. My shoulder doesn't allow me to grab a regular bar even when not injured yet. Shoulder is healing up well. I did light bench yesterday just fine. Today doing heavy overhead press on the Smith machine seated no pain in the shoulder. We will see how heavy bench goes Thursday.

Incline bench Arsenal Strength Machine 4x8 155

30 min treadmill 5 incline 3.2 speed

Meals:
Had a 50 grams protein shake before workout. I had to leave the gym as I was warming up for squats to take my son his cloths to school then come back. I was hungry at that point.

Daily supplements

Meal after working out
1.5 lbs of ground beef.
Out of eggs
6 ounces of rice

Dinner:
4 ounces of meat balls
4 ounces of sausage
2 ounces of green peppers and onions
6 ounces of chicken breast
 
I have for the last year and half since I started lifting always lifted first thing in the morning fasted. Now that I been on the Oxyandrolone I get hungry halfway through my workout. Nothing I can't deal with. What do y'all think should I stay fasted or eat something or take a protein shake while or before working out?

training is pretty good I would keep the bench to 15 reps and lower weight bro @kcates
