First peptide cycle. Please explain like I are caveman.

Hi guys!



I’m a professional MMA fighter, I’ve been dealing with nagging proximal Bicep Tendonitis for the last 6 months which is getting worse.



I had a cortisone shot that wore off in 2 months. I want to run a cycle of BPC-157 and TB-500 to hopefully heal this arm up.

Please help me out guys!

  1. What’s a good dosage for a beginner? I’ve read 250-500mcg of BPC-157. I’m thinking I’ll go with 300mcg daily
  2. Still confused as for the TB500 dosing. I plan to buy from N A Ps, and I’m reading that they usually send out TB4
  3. How long should I run each ideally?
  4. How often do I take each dose? (Daily, twice daily? Etc)
  5. How many vials of BPC157 and how much TB500 should I purchase?
  6. How much BAC water should I purchase?
  7. What kind of needles do I purchase
  8. Anything else I should keep in mind?

here is the problem with cortisone shots as an athlete

1. you aren't making millions and need to be out there for your next contract
2. you aren't an old boomer who sits home all day watching judge judy

when an athlete takes cortisone it is an anti inflammatory and shuts it off. the problem is the injury is still there and by reducing the inflammation you are merely delaying recovery. and in the process as you continue to train you cause more damage. not good

so its a dangerous cycle and many MMA guys find themselves in this situation.

i really hope after you took cortisone that you took time off otherwise you caused more damage

as far as bpc and tb500. first you better make sure you are buying legit product, otherwise you are wasting your $$$ bigtime
assuming you do then you will need A LOT of them to see benefits

i would run bpc somewhere around 300mcg that is fine, but get as close as you can to the injury. i mean if you can afford daily then thats fine. 3x a week is okay too. with tb500 i would be using 2-5mgs 3x a week. you can inject it anywhere. just use a slin pin.. after the first 2-3 weeks you can back off the dosing a bit and so on.

on the BPC and TB500 there are many answers including generic dosing suggestions i can give you but that wont help you a lot

but to do that dont post it in this thread, please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal about your diet training cardio and more we need it to guide you properly

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you should dose them strong At first
then reduce the dosage and then do a maintenance those from there
 
time to fire up a log that would be excellent
you aren't the only MMA person who would be doing one
 
dosing can vary and at the end of the day a lot of people end up wasting their money because they don't run it properly
that's why a log journals important
 
you've given us very little to go off of aside from you being a MMA fighter

we need to know you're full diet and training
without all that information will be difficult to give you the perfect dosage
 
get a log Journal going
list your cardio your supplements and everything else in between that would be great information to know
 
I would like to know which peptides you have used in the past
also full training and diet will be important your diet plays a role as well with injuries
