Hey guys, I’m 31 years old. 5’ 9” Currently 194/195 lbs at around 12-14% bf. Been on a cruise/maintenance phase for 11 weeks now. I got down to 186 in July, according to my caliper (which I know isn’t 100% accurate) I was 10% or less at 186. My current test is at 200 mg per week, split into 2 shots. My last cycle was 500 test e 200 tren ace 200 mast.
I’m looking to put on some size this fall/winter, but I want to keep it as clean as I can. I realize I’m going to put on some body fat and that’s all in my diet. I just don’t want to get up to 225 or 230 and have to loose a whole bunch of weight to get in shape.
I have considered test primo and a little npp but I have never ran npp or primo, and I have read over and over how often primo is faked so I need a good source.
My current diet is around 2900 calories 300 G protein, 300 g carbs, 55 grams of fat. Those numbers do vary some but very little, on leg day my carbs are a little higher.

So what do you guys think about a cycle that would suit me well?
I have 500 test 500 primo and 200-300 npp in mind.

I think for your cycle higher primobolan and lower testosterone might be your direction with a strong oral like winstrol or tbol and n2guard for organ liver support
but before we talk cycles and push you into any doses, we need you to share with us, please start a NEW thread with your log journal where you put up diet training and your TRT situation

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I would run Primo 1000 mg if that's what you want to do but I'm a pro
 
you might not want to use NPP i dunno what your full goals are
need to see a log out of you so we can better guide you
 
NPP compliments primo well
they kind of are the Opposites but there are both mild
try it and log it for us so we can see your results in real time
