First recomp cycle while on TRT?

Hi guys,

I'm currently on TRT (80mg Test Cyp 2x/week) and am looking to run my first cycle.

Age: 40

6'2, 190lbs, ~20% BF? (see photo)

I work out 3 - 4 times a week (PPL)

Some numbers to work with: Squat: 260 x 8, Bench: 240 x 8, Hammer/Curl: 65 x 10

Goal is to move some more weights and the weight from my stomach to my arms and chest ;)



I intend to take 200mg of Test Cyp 3x/week for 10 weeks, then 80mg 2x for week 11 & 12, then nothing the week before my blood work. I've plotted this out (SteroidPlotter) to get me roughly where my normal range should be. Also taking AI on the days I inject (if needed) and 10mg Cardarine daily. Then back on regular TRT. I might be able to push this out for another week, but my Endo has me on blood work every 3 months.

Give yourself a longer runway at the ends for bloods this first time. Some people metabolize test different. I learned this the hard way. Endo was not happy.
Diet is gonna be key here. I would start with cals at maintenance and a super clean diet and you will tighten up.
Can you log what your training/diet looks like so we can help along the way?
 
right now, steroids would not be something to look at and honestly, you should be cutting before attempting to reomp... body fat looks to be a bit more than 20 but even at 20, its far too high for steroid use.. you should really wait until you get closer to 12-13 but sub 15 at least... ideally, 12-13 range...

i would look at a sarms cutting stack at this time with your trt...

you have a good body base, and a good body, tight and lean already

on the cycle, you have some positive ideas but we cant give you real advice without knowing more bro
we need to see your log journal posted with your diet training supps and more so we can guide you into a post TRT cycle and a blast-cruise

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide. Remember anyone giving you full advice without a log is just guessing, guessing isnt something good for your health bro.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

bro you dont need 600mg for first cycle bro
 
recomping is very challenging
It would help if you posted some prior pictures as well if you're coming from a good place or not
 
a log Journal is what you need. I've put up several and they've helped me to get my Pro card
 
I think you have a pretty good base and you have the potential to really look good. I would focus more on cutting for now more than recomp

that is the best way we can help you. Take a look at the other logs and how much people have been improving it's been incredible watch

so you're just going to increase your testosterone? I don't think that's going to be a good one for recomping at all
might want to add in an oral
a log would help bigtime
 
never heard of anybody cutting down on 600 mg of testosterone
it's not the best cutter
make sure you stack in g.w. and get this log going
 
I think you're probably around 19 or 20 percent body fat which isn't bad. Considering you're 40 years old I suppose it could be worse. Can you get a log going so we can help you every day?
