First SARM cycle

Hi guys,

Im new into SARMs, and I have done my research but found contrasting opinions, like PCT vs No PCT, Test base vs no Test base, etc.

Im 5”9, 183lbs, 17% BF. I am cutting for 3 months BEFORE starting anything as I need to have lower bf. 31 years old. My objective is recomp, but if that is not possible, then it would be cutting to 8-10% BF.

I have done two Test only cycles (which were good) in the past but I need to get my shit together now.

What would a good, 8-week SARM cycle look like? As simple as possible, but that provides good results. And also, can someone tell me if a test base is needed, and now a “mini-pct” works? I have access to pharma grade clomid.

Please also let me know if more information is needed to receive better advice.

i would go with 12 weeks, not 8 weeks...

with the goals you have, this would be a great stack to go with...

@Dru12 welcome to the evo family good to see new guys talk about sarms.

If you did test cycles before, I would stack sarms on top of a testosterone base with cardarine rad style but really you do need pct after.

well because we know NOTHING about you, so to help us learn about you, please start a NEW thread with your log journal diary
add your diet training current and supplements and more to it so we can guide you from there
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you don't need to have a test base with steroids or sarms
that is just bro science

now would you probably have more gains and feel more aggressive adding testosterone to any stack? Yes but you can also open yourself up to unwanted side effects too and end up in worse condition because of it

I like testosterone in some cycles and I like testosterone not in some Cycles it just depends

Thanks for the detailed answer! Just a couple of quick questions, why are 8 weeks not recommended? Also, why include a SARM during the PCT?

Is it possible to have a “simpler” SARM stack? Im not looking for drastic results, and I think 3 different PEDs would be a bit much for my first cycle.

are you on trt if not you don't need to run tests as a base with sarm

at this point we don't know what's going on because you haven't listed anything for us to go off of
 
can you please post up pictures so we know what you look like
we all want to cut down on your ten percent body fat but without your full information it's hard to give you advice

I will definitely log! It helps me be more accountable. I just want to have the cycle well defined and have everything in place before starting in January. I obviously would have all the PEDs before starting, so I want to calculate how much of each im going for.

gw501516 is not technically a sarm, has zero suppression and is very important in pct as it will keep your cortisol in check, which rises in pct and will ruin your gains.. not to mention how it allows you to perform at max levels, which is extremely important during pct when your performance and ability will certainly drop... it gives the boost you need without hurting your recovery...

sarms start to peak at 8 weeks.. would it make sense to stop right when they peak? no, that certainly would not.. thats like an NBA player retiring right when they are peaking... then leaving many good years on the table.. so you can certainly stop at 8 weeks but understand you would leaving a lot of gains on the table...

you can run whatever cycle you like.. this cycle has gw, which is non hormonal and there for cutting and overall performance enhancement, with huge increases in endurance, not to mention the benefits on cholesterol and blood pressure.. you do you.. i dont lay out cycles that are too much for people.. im an ultra conservative cycle planner as it is

@Dru12 you should START with a log and move into a cycle. Diet training can be discussed now as we plan your log ahead.
