first SARM's triple stack critque! info needed

I just ordered my first SARM's stack! I ordered Olympus Labs EnduraShred and S4 from sarms1.com. I plan on running an 8 week cycle and am currently at 10% body fat. I only weigh roughly 170lbs at 6' but I look about 190+lbs(bird joints) and so far have been training as a natural bodybuilder for 6 years. I aim more towards aesthetic physiques. I really want to get down to 7-8% before I bulk. The EnduraShred is dosed 1 capsule = 7mg GW and 10mg Osta. I would like to get a critique done on what I should change or add to my set up. My diet is currently ketogentic and I eat one meal a day(warrior diet) post workout. I prefer to eat one meal a day or intermittent fast. I am at 1000 calorie deficit which I slowly worked my way down to over the past 3 months. I have hit a wall. I have never ran any SARM's before and would like some personal experience from people who have ran these SARMS together. What will give me the best results and what kind of results will I see.

Here is my stack:

1-8 Olympus Labs Osta 20mg: (maybe throw in another pill after 2 week mark depending on results? which would make it 30mg osta)too much?
1-8 Olympus Labs GW: 14mg (throwing in that extra pill depending on results would put me at 21mg GW)too much?
1-8 SARMS1 S4 50mg: split into A.M.(pre workout) and P.M.(after 2 week mark depending on vision hoping to increase increments by 10mg a week up to 70mg)
1-8 Olympus Labs ELIM1NATE
1-8 Need2slin (dosing depending on diet)

I plan to take my EnduraShred(2-3 pills depending) all pre workout which is usually within 2 hours after waking up. So my main question is...anything I should add? I was thinking about changing off a keto diet and doing IIFYM. maybe a 40c/40p/20f macro break down? Also what do you think about being in such a deficit? I am only taking in 1800 calories a day. I was thinking about adding 150-200 cals a week while on cycle until I was at a 500cal deficit or even up to maintenance (2800 calories). What would the benefits from each: 1000deficit, 500deficit, maintenance? My main goal is to get <10% body fat but I would also like to do alittle recomp if possible. If I was to go back on IIFYM I would be follwing an IF schedule. 18 hours fasted with a 6 hour feeding window. I always train fasted.
 
bro olympus has garbage sarms...they are either blanks or prohormones...depends if you get lucky....wouldn't touch that shit
 
Sorry it's not Olympus labs..it's actually the sister company Olympus UK if that makes a difference. As from what I've seen they are 3rd party lab tested and one of the only companies ive seen to post purity lab results to the public.

The keto diet is pretty good. It got me lean very fast, and I was full of energy. However, if you begin it, keep in mind that it is quite hard to follow strictly. Also, if you want to get shredded, keep your calories around the BMR, maybe a tad higher. Even in such conditions S4 is able to maintain, and even add muscle mass.

Agree here - in all of these years that I have been into SARMs, sarms1 was the only company providing high quality products and real SARMs.
 
never used them, I only use sarms1.

if possible I would switch over
 
Man I am not ready to trust Sarms in capsules just yet. I don't even like my orals in caps, tabs only.
 
EDIT*** So after all of you guys gave me a hard time about the SARMS I was gonna use I decided to go SARMS1! This is my first SARMS cycle. Now I need some input on diet and dose timing for my stack. I also have had very slight gyno since puberty so I am worried that will mean I may be prone to the "Osta gyno aggravation". I am 6' 170lbs(look 190lbs..bird joints) and 10% bf

1-8 GW 20mg's in one dose pre workout
1-8 MK 25mg's in one dose pre workout
1-8 S4 split doses 25mgs AM pre workout and 25mg's PM(after 2 weeks depending on sides I plan on adding 10mg's until around 70mg's or 80's)
1-8 HCGenerate(Dosing???) I work out about 1-2 hours after waking up. maybe 3 pre workout and 2 with my 2nd dose of S4?
1-8 Liquidex(Dosing???) 1mg pre workout and 1mg with S4 does in PM?
1-8 Need2slin(dosing will depend on diet. I intermittent fast/warrior diet. 2 pills before main carb meal and one pill before bed?

I noticed the Unleashed/post cycle combo isn't available? So I will be doing:

9-12 HCGenerate ES
9-12 Forged PCT
Maybe throw in D-spark when its back in stock?

Now what macro break down should I be using and caloric intake. My maintenance calories are about 2800 and ive been dieting for about 3 months in a 1000cal deficit which I slowly worked my way down to. What works best for this set up 40c/40p/20f? 40p/30c/30f? Should I be shooting for over my bodyweight for protein? maybe like 1.2g per lb? What caloric intake works best with my stack maintenance? 500cal deficit(2300cals/day), 1000cal deficit(1800cals/day) Anything wrong here with my dosing times? What type of results am I likely to see from this set up? Any helpful input would be much appreciated!

I like your dosing schedule. Take 3 pre-workout and 2 with your second dose of S4

1-8 Liquidex(Dosing???) 1mg pre workout and 1mg with S4 does in PM?
Not needed. Sarms don't aromatize into estrogen.

1-8 Need2slin(dosing will depend on diet. I intermittent fast/warrior diet. 2 pills before main carb meal and one pill before bed?
2 pills 30-45 minutes before every meal with carbs in it

clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

I like 40/40/20. I recommend carb cycling. Follow the sample meal plans I have listed here:

Thank you for the info! Ive heard that osta can aggravate gyno sensitive people. Not sure how sensitive i am but since i have very minor gyno from pubery I figured id rather be safe than sorry. Its the liquidex ai from ntbm so its pretty mild.

bro then use some liquidex with it...should be fine then...thats if you dont got gyno....but if you got full blown gyno get some letrozole...
 
Olympus labs and Olympus UK are both 3rd party lab tested, they are as good as you can get. Why all the OL hate? I had much better gains from my OL osta than sarms1

Edit: I did dose the OL osta a little higher and cycled a little different. Both are gtg imo
