Approved Log First Testosterone Anavar Cycle Log

Hi everyone,
Just seeing what advice people would have for my first cycle, training and diet. Also want to know when I should put anavar in. Currently 2 weeks into cycle

Age: 22
Weight: 83kg / 183lbs
Height: 177cm / 5”10
Experience : 6 years training

Cycle: test e + anavar
Week 1-4: 350 test e
Week 4-16: 500 test e

Split:
Monday: chest
Tuesday: boxing / back
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: boxing
Friday: arms
Saturday: boxing
Sunday: arms

I know this isn’t optimised for hypertrophy but I’ve got a fight coming up so that’s why I’m training boxing so much. I also do 20-30 mins of boxing training after every session.

At week 5:
5 day split of this + 30 mins boxing after each
chest
back+ rear delt
Arms
Legs
Rest + cardio

Diet: 2200 cals
Consisting of a mix of these meals:

1) Chicken breast 150g cooked, rice 80g cooked, 80g cooked veggies
2) turkey mince 250g uncooked, rice 80g cooked, 80g cooked veggies
3) 200g lean beef mince, rice 80g cooked, 80g cooked veggies
4) 2 whole eggs, 125g egg whites, 100g cooked veggies
5) 40g protein powder, 150g mixed berries (in a shake)

Ends up being 2200 cals, 210-240g protein, 150 carbs. Eating this up until week 5 as I have boxing fight then upping cals after as I increase to 500mg test. At week 5 will up to 3000cals consisting of same meals just more

Last cut photo 77kg and current physique 83kg

I’ve gotten a little chunky since then bulking bc felt small as shit cut but I also have weird fat distribution. I have feathering in my quads even at current bf % all my fat goes to stomach, bad for bb but always helped for sports

@Findablemoon good log start you're week 2 so not bad

you're too high carbs and too low fats if you ask me for your shape

cut your carbs to 100 grams and all around trianing
up the protein and up the fats especially add omega 3 fish oil 1-2 tbsp per day

Okay thanks, I’ll make those changes, I’ve found my insulin sensitivity is pretty bad since last cut when I got it really good. I also got fish oil, liver support and multivitamin aswell.
