What the heck you got plenty of volume. You got 30 reps with 315 on flat bench and 28 reps with 225 on incline. Thats like 16K lbs of benching. More than enough. Then you did 30 bodyweight dips. Thats plenty of volume with good weight.

This mindset is a perfect example of how people overtrain and get inured. This is how you blowout your shoulder.

Yeah so one of the checks I'm f****** she wants to start working out with me so I will definitely be able to get you guys video. I super duper appreciate all the encouragement and all the tips. My diet's kind of been s***** here lately. I don't know why I can't stick to it. It's so hard for me to stick to a restricted diet. However, though everyone says I look like I'm slimming down, which is strange cuz since I started this cycle life I've put on 8 lb but I'm assuming I'm just losing fat and that's what they're noticing I don't know. Or my muscle gains are getting so big that they're my fats and I'll just noticeable I don't know. But yeah I'll get footage and I'll be posting meal prep pics tonight
