I super duper appreciate all the encouragement and all the tips. My diet's kind of been s***** here lately. I don't know why I can't stick to it. It's so hard for me to stick to a restricted diet. However, though everyone says I look like I'm slimming down, which is strange cuz since I started this cycle life I've put on 8 lb but I'm assuming I'm just losing fat and that's what they're noticing I don't know. Or my muscle gains are getting so big that they're my fats and I'll just noticeable I don't know. But yeah I'll get footage and I'll be posting meal prep pics tonight
