Let me start by I'm sick rn have been last 2 days so I'm dehydrated ASF and bloated I ate some expired Greek yogurt 2 night ago and I'm still paying for it this morning.... Today wasn't a total waste.... With all that said I refuse to shit myself at the gym lol...

Deadlift
135lbs. 1x12 warm up
405lbe 1x2 (immediately I knew something was off I felt super weak and not with it)
315lbs 3x8
Bent over barbell rows
135lbs 1x10
225lbe 3x10
That's it my stomach turned and now I'm home
 
Meal prep

Breakfast
Protein shake 60g
10grapes

Lunch
Boiled chicken
Broccoli cauliflower and carrots

Dinner
Cooked beef
Peppers and onions
Shredded cheese
Avocado Verde
Mild salsa
Xtreme wellness high fiber wraps


If I get hungry at work before lunch eating carrots and light ranch and 10 grapes

No I cook 3lbs add peppers and onions then divide it into 5 equal portions for the week ahead
