Hey guys,

This is my first log and English isn’t my main language so I’ll try my best.

I have been training natty since I started (4years ago) and I want to try something that will boost my strength.

I would prefer a somewhat “mild” first cycle. Strength is my main priority but I would like to add some lean mass too. I can still gain around 11lbs/5kg without changing my weight category.

I am 6’0 220lbs/100kg and 23 years old. Around 18% body fat.
~3000cals 220p/350carbs everyday

Supplements I take everyday:

Creatine 5g
1x Zinc 20mg
2x Magnesium
2x Potassium
2x Vitamin D3
2x Omega 3-6-9
1x Multivitamin

I train mainly powerlifting (5 times a week).
My best lifts are S500/B405/D585/OHP225


I was thinking about running test+anavar or maybe test+Tbol for 10-12weeks.

since you're just starting off, I would start simple
300mgs testosterone/week sports TRT+
30mgs anavar/day
5 caps n2guard/day (organ liver support a must https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/cycle-support/n2guard/)

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good, i see macros but meals would help a lot
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i've gotten good strength gains on those cycles you wrote. eventually you will want to use tren which will take your strength to a new level

I'd just start with Var. 50mg a day x 8 weeks. Strength boost and 5lbs gained in my opinion

surprised you aren't gonna do dbol
it was my first oral and great for strength
 
mild is a generic term
with steroids really know such thing as mild they're always going to cause side effects especially the strength steroids
 
that's okay man we're not a English-speaking forum
we got many different languages and people from all over the world
 
you've got some good stats and you seem to be pretty big
you're only 23 years old though so take your time and don't rush this
 
Bros any of those Cycles will work good
you usually want to keep orals at 6 weeks and not too much longer

That is so damn good English for it not being your first language brother, you wrote that out very nicely.

I would do test and var, tbol is great but it is more for endurance, test and var would be a good strength combo for you.
