Look at starting my first cycle.
I'm 26
Past use.
Did cycle rad 140 for 6 weeks about 4-5 months ago
only Nolvadex 20mg a day for 2 weeks as pct.

The only supplements I take now are
Tongkat ali 1700mg and shilajit 1000mg daily.

Been training since 18 but only constant about the last 3 years.
Workout splits now
PUSH
Incline Bench
Chest press machine
flyers machine usually
Shoulder press
Side raise machine
triceps pulldown rope
triceps machine
PULL
lats pulldowns or lat pulldown machines with signal arm
seated rows
shrugs traps
bicep curls
bicep machine curls
LEGS
squats
hamstring curl lying
hamstring seated curl
leg extension
calf machine is usually seated
Repeat try to train every muscle 2x a week on Sunday rest
try to do cardio 20min 3x a week but usually sack can be 2x.

Diet
Dont track any of the food I eat but try to eat a lot of meat and chicken
Breakfast
Oats with scoop protein powder 30g / Weekends 5 eggs (easier before work with oats)
Smoko/ 2nd meal
4-5 burgers patty for local butcher with 2 pineapple juice cups
lunch/ 3 meal
chicken and noodles with a couple of veggies. 2 pineapple juice cups
Dinner/4 meal
Chicken parma or steak with veggies.
Late-night snack (sometimes)
a small plate of cheddar cheese.

Going to be getting 3 stage blood test. Pre/6 weeks/ Post.

Cycle
12 Weeks test e 250mg. 2 injections a week 125 each.

Pct
n2generate
5 caps a day for 4 weeks.
Nolvadex 4 weeks
40/40/20/20

No offense but you look completely untrained. What are your current stats? What do your bench/squat number look like?
IMO you need to start tracking your foods and get a baseline for where you are at. Cardio needs to come up and you need to drop a bit of bodyfat.
Get that together for 4 months and then think about stating the cycle.
 
you are missing muscle conditioning, i agree with sgentz

you been training for 3 years, how often you training? if you train often then we need to take a close look at your training and see what is going on. you might not be engaging or pushing enough.

it's very important to build consistency so you build muscle conditioning so you have muscle growth and definition

to get this log going we need you to track your food properly
on diet, post meals foods and when you eat them and how much
on training, post exercises weights and when you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

this is the no judgment Zone here so don't be offended if we are tough with you
but you definitely have room to improve I think but this is a good start
 
you have room to improve for sure
I would like to see how much volume you're doing I'm not sure that you're training is up to par quite yet
 
yeah make sure you're doing daily updates and make sure you are training your balls off
if you are going to use steroids that's the least you can do is push yourself
 
We definitely need full transparency on diet training protocol and dedication level with the fitness, for 3 years of constant training you are nowhere near the place you should be after 3 years, I don't mean any disrespect I have to be upfront with you, we can help I just think u are missing alot of things we can possibly correct and help with.
 
No offense but it looks as if you haven’t been in a gym. I think you need to get on a good diet and training regimen before jumping in steroids

Looking forward to the log man. Definitely lots of room for improvement which is a good thing. Be detailed with your diet and training sessions so we can help. Make sure you are taking progress pictures to compare.
