So I’ll be posting my first log here

From the Land Down under 🇦🇺

A bit of an intro about myself..
I’ve been training for a few years now, the last year or so with a coach. Which I’ve found to help me immensely and really invaluable to be honest. Took all the guess work out for me and helped to set a routine and program for myself.

Recently I’ve just had gyno surgery. I had it from when I was a kid and my first cycle which i listened to one of the “bros” flared it up worse and after that was when i decided to look at speaking to a surgeon to get it removed. which has set me back a little bit. 6 weeks off gym all up plus the mental/financial side was a bit difficult to deal with.

However it’s past that now, I’m cleared to train and currently I’m looking to get some size and strength back that I had before.

As promised to @RhinoUGL I’ll be doing a little bit of a log using Beligas pharma.

Today is the first day I’ve pinned Beligas and can say it was smooth as silk.

Current PEDS:
250mg Test E
200mg Mast E
40mcg Clen
20mg Proviron
4iu HGH

Current Cals:
3669
P275/C425/F88

Height:
182cm

Weight:
97kg

BF:
Somewhere around 15%

PEDS and calories will titrate as per coach’s plan when needed.

Training Days:
5 days
PUSH
PULL
LEGS
REST
UPPER
ARMS/HAMS


Will update along the way guys, bloods will come soon too. As for length of cycle. Health markers will determine that so it won’t be a set period.

One area of concern is the PED/goal structure. Clen is not a great drug to use in general but it's def not a drug you would use while trying to put on size. Your putting enough strain on your body with th elifting/eating/drugs, why would you want more strain on your heart? I would suggest stopping this asap. Not worth the potential health risks.

Do you have before and after pics of the surgery? for refence and guys reading.

Cycle
I agree with @s.gentz you dont need clenbuterol but you can utilize it 2/2 with around 20mcg
you're better off with cardarine gw imo
Also you had gyno surgery, are you on tamoxifen now?

Awesome start brother!!

As one of the boys here mentioned, Clen is not the healthiest option with everything else there and definitely agree with that. Completely understand your approach at 15% BF but that's nothing really excessive lets be honest, relatively easy for you to get control of over the next few months either way. If I ever take Clen its at the end of a cycle when all other PEDs are cut out usually after running a PCT and checking bloods. Clen by itself with some cardio is all you will need to burn that unwanted fat (while also retaining muscle), so definitely hold on to that but once you burn it off with the Clen the idea then is to try and keep it off so incorporate cardio into your training even when bulking, Ronnie was the king at this, 2-3hrs Cardio per day incorporated into his training with a few changes to his diet & regimen with his new coach was when we really saw Ronnie blow up quick and take the world title. A Clen cycle should not be used more then twice a year. I think for now though go with the Test, Mast & Proviron If this is your first cycle back from a bit of a break that you mentioned as well, I would suggest you drop the GH down to 2-3iu to assess tolerence & water retention before increasing to 4. Maybe run the Clen towards the end of your cycle if you wish but not before you get bloods done, just to make sure you're not at any sort of potential risk. Best to always play it safe. Sometimes less is more.

Can't wait to see your transformation brother, really looking to seeing your progress, here to help along with the other guys where we can.

Appreciate feedback in regards to clen, this will be my last week on it. Will be dropping on Saturday.

And about the tamoxifen post gyno surgery, I’m not currently taking it. I did run bpc/tb500 after surgery but other then that I’ve just really listened to my surgeons advice, took it easy for a couple months nearly and slowly started back at around the 70% intensity mark.

I’ll take some photos for before and after as well. Mind that it is still healing and isn’t at its best yet.

Really like the feedback there also.

I’ll chat to my coach and see what his thoughts are around dropping the gh down a tad. I think we were having it there for the recovery benefits post surgery. But I do agree with you there in “less is more”

Usually post gyno-surgery, I like to have guys use 10mgs tamoxifen ED when using aromatizing compounds like testosterone, at least 8-12 weeks post surgery. How far is yours? @trensetta
 
That’s interesting.

Mine is around 7-8 week post now. Complete gland removal.
you're far out now so no need just watch the aromatization closely bro, gyno can come back

also we are waiting for your pic face blurred, can you please share? as log is not started without it bro, thanks
 
That was sort of the reasoning I spoke with the surgeon to have the full gland removal, you know in hope that it won’t come back. I know some surgeons tend to keep a bit there.
