My diet is proper and I’ve been in the gym for 8 years now I’m 30 and I feel like my body is not responding to my training program and diet effectively anymore. Now I’ve been I huge follow of the bodybuilding community all

Question:can you start off small with only a 1-2 products?
Question:what cycle do you recommend and time
I have little belly fat lower fluff but nothing high in terms of fat. I want to shred that muffin top I watch my calories and fat intake.
At the same time I don’t want to lose size since I’m 5”5

Your first cycle should be just test only so you know how you handle it. Once you have more experience you can start to add things in and experiment. My advice would be to get your body fat where you want it and then use your first cycle to grow.
Test at 500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks is a good starting point. Make sure you have an AI and organ protection on hand before your start. Also make sure your pct is squared away.
 
Okay see I was wanting to start it to help shred that fat I’ve been at it for a year now and that little fluff at the bottom won’t go away could I start it and adjust my diet still you can’t see the fluff much but still

@Ciscoagi33 welcome to the evolutionary.org community. You look great natural in the picture, for sure a fit body tight arms and you're lean, perfect for 1st cycles.

I'll answer your questions but I'd like something from you and I'll tell you in a minute what it is.

Optimally a first cycle is an injectable 1 and an oral 1, so yes you can start with 2 products

That's a harder question, the easiest way would be to tell you go take some Test and boom. Generic testosterone + winstrol +aromasin +n2guard cycle.

But the reality of the situation is we know nothing about you, nothing about your diet training or cardio sleep or anything else. So what we need for you is to share your diet training log journal diary before you jump on the cycle

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Your in great shape dude!! You are gonna get the most out of your first cycle. IMO i would use that to grow.
Lets see what your diet and training look like.

They are both pretty much the same. The ester weights are just slightly different. I am always partial to test E.
 
keep in mind if you run testosterone it's a very serious cycle and it has a lot of estrogen and androgenic side effects
in other words don't think well it's just testosterone it won't hurt me because it will
you need to be doing a log so we can help you and guide you
 
Run test e,start at 300mg and titrate up to maximum 500mg per week if you respond well,have an ai on hand incase of e2 spikes,pin Monday and Thursday,run cycle for 12 weeks.hsve a pct plan read the perfect pct thread in sticky.trsin hard,eat well, sleep properly.

a good first cycle for me would be 500 mg of testosterone a week with a kickstart

I like equipoise here and you can add an oral to kick-start things
once you get your log Journal going you will see exactly what we mean
 
don't use too much gear for a first cycle
also don't go too low either
if you are going to use steroids make sure you use them the right way
