Approved Log First time SARMs cycle LOG

attached in blood work that come back. This is 2 months post cycle with a bad PCT. I dont really know how to decipher it. I think my test is low so I started taking HCGenerate today x6 caps a day.

plus normal SARM dosage as listed in first post. Please let me know how I can get better, maybe better workouts. Im starting Cardio tm.










FOOD
Breakfast 8am - 4 eggs/ half lb of 94% lean beef/ half serving high protein greek yogurt/ 3 serving cheese

Lunch 3pm- white rice and chicken and liquid homemade cheese

Dinner 7pm- white rice and chicken and liquid homemade cheese\

LATE snack. Wife made taquitos for the kids. I ate 3 cause I was weak minded lol


2304 cal / 16.25g S Fat / 92.6 carbs / 252.5g Pro





LEGS

Deep squats- 1set x 135, 1 set x 225, 1 set x315

Leg press - 1 set x 2 plates each side, 1 set x 4 plates each side, 1 set x 6 plates each side

Leg ext - 3 sets of 10

Leg Curl - 3 sets of 10


SHOULDERS

Military press- 3 x 10

Front delt raises 3 x 10

@MrPillowPantz a few things

1 i still havent seen your face blurred picture with your body can you post?

2 diet carbs are low protein is high I like it but FAT too low you need to add omega 3 fats fish oil ASAP

3 training i dont see cardio and why all sets of 10? how about sets of 20?

4 blood work i cannot open PDfs NO ONE can lol you need to screen shot this and post pictures of the blood work
 
nice job on this log, keep Pushing along. I know that it can get tedious but it will be worth it in the end.
 
I think your diet is fine, keep your carbs where they're at or a little lower and then increase it a little bit with the fats.
 
You could snap a picture of your blood work then upload it. Using a code on to your log.
