Currently taking test e/ 250mg 2 times a week, still got deca hanging around in my system and will be until roughly November 15th. (So no tren for still quite a while)
Train 5/4 days a week. 2 pull days 2 push days and 1 leg day per week
Eat 4 large, mild sized meals per day plus 2 shakes of serious mass for extra calories
Foods eaten mostly range from wheats,bulk chicken, brown rice, fish, beef/pork plenty of vegetables, fruits just mostly all the good healthy shit, I’ve only written the diet like this cause I dont specifically have a food plan but this is what a week of dinner lunches and breakfast looks like
