Approved Log First time tren log

Well deadlifts didn't go as planned lol still pulled 685 pretty easily but 700+ was a tad out of reach. We didn't really train for a peak on these like we did with bench, so we're gonna start over on an actual deadlift peak block. With that being said it still feels good to be able to pull 685 on a whim at this lower bodyweight.

I'll go ahead and wrap up the cycle log now. All in all I'm very pleased with the outcome. I ended up pushing to 12 weeks and that was honestly probably a tad long, but it was manageable. According to my dexa scan I gained roughly 23lbs of lean mass and lost 6.6lbs of fat. My waist has trimmed down, my pants size is smaller and I am noticably leaner. However, I am stronger in basically every lift than I've ever been. I liked using Tren E due to less injections but it did take longer to kick in and the side effects, while not terrible, definitely linger. Might try Tren A in the future if I try this again.

As for side effects, I didn't have that many, at least not physical. No acne, no hair loss that I've noticed, BP was consistent and in range the whole cycle.

Side effects I did notice:

1. A few nights of insomnia and night sweats early on but those went away.
2. Mood swings. Probably the worst part of the whole cycle. It wasn't terrible but I often felt my mood changing easily and irritability increased.
3. Anxiety and overthinking. I do have some issues with those even not on tren but tren definitely exasperated them. I noticed I would feel randomly anxious and then start hyper fixating on thoughts and/or feeling paranoid. It wasn't anything terrible but it was noticable. I wouldn't recommend tren if you don't have your mental health managed.

Gonna take a nice break and cruise on my TRT for a bit while keeping my diet and training on point. If I do another cycle of tren it won't be for a while as I want to have a nice recovery and see if I can hold on to these gains and continue my progress. I will still post some training updates in here if anyone is interested.

Great mass and great size. your cycle went well. You're so close to 700lbs deadlift, you should have pushed it but I know can be dangerous :)

Can you start up a TRT log? show us your training and some diet.
